Faced with the worst stuff behaviour here. They took a whole day charge for the previous day as we arrived at 6:00 am. But on the phone they said they will charge us half if we check-in early. Such unexpected behaviour. Got the most eerie behaviour from the reception
Been there last month for my business trip. The hotel is contemporary and very comfortable. The greatly decorated reception area will catch the eyes at the beginning and the room will complement that feeling. Bed is very comfortable and the room is equipped with necessities. Breakfast is quite plenty. Location is great if you are for business trip and want to stay in the city. The only improvement requirement is the in room food quality. There are plenty of good restaurants in Sylhet, and compare to them the food taste is poor.
Stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is listed as a 3 star but by European standards I think that is stretching it. I booked a Deluxe double room but the room that I was initially given was anything but. However, much to their credit, the issue was immediately resolved when I complained. I was shown a few options and choose a room that was fairly decent. The service was very good and all staff were very polite, pleasant and professional. The restaurant Manager was very hospitable and the staff were very attentive. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and I think it would be difficult to find anything better in Sylhet. Only the 'Rose View' rates better. I have given it a 4 star as it could do with some improvements, especially the bathroom as it looks ragged.
We were here for 10 nights. Super friendly and helpful staff, superb quality food, clean, and amazing facilities. Would give any 4* hotel in Dhaka a run for its money! The room was clean and spacious. I was able to work from the lobby - really contemporary and well-lit space - and keep going with great coffee from Crimson Cup on the ground floor. Highly recommended. Would be my #1 choice for a hotel stay in Sylhet. One tip - use your own 4G SIM for internet connectivity :)
Great service, friendly staff, very helpful. Very clean hotel , food is really testy. Specially hotel staff is outstanding . And hotel manager is very polite, friendly and helpful. I will recommend this hotel to all of my friend and family. Definitely I will visit this hotel again.
The hotel is located centrally. The reception area is clean and looks impressive. Staff all spoke good enough English and were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were pleasant and comfortable. The breakfast was also quite good and satisfying. The rooftop pool area is nice, clean and tidy. Would recommend this hotel to stay in Sylhet.
Check in was smooth and we got our deluxe couple room at 9th Floor. Hotel is situated on dargah gate road. We stayed for a night only. Dargah is 1 munites from the hotel. Room is not so big but perfect for 2 person and clean. Toilet is also clean. Electrical sockets need to change as those becomes old. Breakfast was perfect and have so many choices. Hotel has free parking space at basement. There is a good coffee shop at ground floor. I really recommend this hotel and must return if i come again to Sylhet.
Went to Sylhet for official purpose and stayed in this hotel for a night. The hotel is in front of the famous Mazar of Shah Jalal. The rooms are clean. Service is very good. Breakfast is sufficient and has variety. There's a pool on the rooftop of the hotel with a gym. All other amenities are within walking distance. This hotel is a very good option to stay in Sylhet.
From the beginning very poor service. We had to wait and hour at reception because the hotel could not find our reservation and wanted us to pay again for the room despite showing our booking confirmation which stated the room was paid for. The reception staff were very rude. Upon arriving at the rooms we were even more disappointed in the standard of the room. First room they gave us the AC had a leak and then they put us in an even more cramped room which had a horrible smell within it. The cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms were not at all upto standard. We also had mosquitoes in the room. I would personally avoid this hotel again.
We stayed there 2 nights and it was a very good experience. The check in was very effecient, the food was really nice the staff and their behaviour was excellent.they just need to ho through a renovation. The sockets and reading lights were sometimes bot working properly.Even after this we loved the experience we had.
