Very nice resort, this is my 2nd visit if this resort with Family, Very beautiful places. Room is big which very rear to other resorts, Good food, Swimming pool also one of the best part here. Also office and business meeting can be arranged, Sylhet town is very near.
If you are looking for peace and attentive staff in a nice and quiet setting, you will find it here. Check-in was smooth and the atmosphere was good overall. Some aspects of room and bathroom could have a do-over (ageing), but a great stay in Sylhet overall.
Several times been this place. Beautiful location and a lovely restaurant with good food and good atmosphere. Nice place. Will visit soon. So many people around here. Nice swimming pool. Food is very expensive but good taste.
Totally ill equipped when there are multiple guests. We took three rooms and the rooms were not cleaned even after letting them know for 5 hours. Requested them to provide at least fresh towels for the kids, their excuse was that the towels haven’t arrived from the laundry. Severe shortage of staff and those that are there are totally inexperienced. The Administration seems that they really don’t care.
This vibrant resort in a quirky modern building is 9 km from Keane Bridge, which crosses the Surma River, and 13 km from boating in Ratargul Swamp Forest. Streamlined rooms with midcentury decor offer free Wi-Fi, flat-screens and minifridges, plus balconies and whirlpool baths. They also have tea and coffeemakers. Suites have extra bedrooms and bathrooms; 1 adds an office, a dining area and a kitchenette.
Well when they opened it was quite hyped and now that it’s about 8/9 years old it’s suffering from the same problem most resorts face in Bangladesh- Lack Of proper maintenance. The property itself is still quite reasonable but the rooms need a makeover as many utilities are falling apart,Not many support staff. The food at the restaurant is ok but not many choices and could be better. Overall was disappointed.
I stayed on this hotel for 6 days, is a perfect place for be out of the noise from the city, the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and have a big balcony where u can see all the nature around. The breakfast and food are delicious. I booked all my tours with the hotel and have the privilege of got the best guide that was Saiful, he took us to the best tourist places and restaurants of Sylhet, I recommend this hotel, u will be on the best spot on Sylhet.
Large spacious Pattaya type resort in sylhet city. with all great features of modern 5star resort but food is expensive and not tasty all time. but the resort location is excellent and staff are very friendly and polite.
The resort is very nice and very comfortable, have a very good natural view from room and a very big balcony. Breakfast was good. they have almost all the facility. And the staffs were very helpful. I went there with my entire family about 19 person, and we all enjoyed a lot.
My entire experience in the resort was good except for the pool. The pool water was not clear at all and it had insects in the water. The water was cloudy and the recycling system of the pool was also switched off. When we asked them to turn it on,they said they can either turn on the jacuzzi or the recycling system. On top of that, just when I was getting into the jacuzzi, I found a frog on my foot which jumped into the water before I did 😐 From a well known resort like this, I expected better. Other than that, the food was good and I loved the view from the room. When we are paying a premium price for our stay we expect all the amenities to work perfectly. This was a major disappointment from Nazimgarh. I have attached a picture here and one can easily see the difference in color of the water of the main pool and kids pool.…
