I had booked Neemrana's Deobagh from 13th Aug to 15th Aug. However, I could not stay at the property and had to return halfway from my trip. Reason was I got severely ill. Even after informing about my situation, hotel treated it as a no-show and did not offer even partial cancellation of the booking. I had produced doctor's prescription, pharmacy bills etc to substantiate the case but neither MMT nor the Hotel payed any heed to it. Technically, cancellation window was closed and I did not have any rightful claim to refund but I had expected better cooperation from the 2 brands that MMT and Neemrana is. I would urge people to think twice before putting their trust on these brands.
Nice to be here it’s a wonderful ,peaceful place ,and the hospitality are so good and behaviour of all the staff was so kind rooms are to clean and well maintained truly a mesmerising place ♥️ Hope too come again soon 😊
Beautiful, spacious rooms that tell a story with their interiors! I was staying at Deo Bagh with my family, my sisters and I are were assigned Rohini Mahal, it was a great advantage that the room was super spacious! Other than the rooms, the rains elevated the greenery and we had the privilege of watching peacocks dancing around in the garden! Additionally, the staff was extremely helpful! Can’t wait to visit again!
The moment I entered in a property, I was amazed ,well maintained, well behaved staff, food is so yummy, I can not express myself in a words . I must thanks to the Manager , Mr. Sharma for the warm welcome and taking care of each and every guests, in a very professional way. Everyone was so humble. I would definitely come back and recommend to my family and friends. Thanks for all your hospitality.
The property is beautiful, the rooms are large and clean, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The balcony and gardens are beautiful, and we enjoyed sitting out and drinking tea in the morning. Karamveer and Manoj Kumar were both extremely helpful and welcoming.
One of the most picturesque Heritage properties of Gwalior, Neemrana Deo Bagh is a former 'Kothi' converted into a lovely boutique hotel with the prettiest lawns and landscaping and an incredible number of dancing peacocks. We stayed for two nights and the hospitality of Mr. Manoj Kumar at the front desk to Manoj & Rinku at the restaurant and Karimkar in housekeeping, every single person ensured it was an amazing stay. Very well maintained rooms and excellent option for a wonderful weekend getaway.
Real heritage experience in this place. Property located in the center with very calm natural environment full of greenery. excellent food and service. Very polite and courteous staff. Highly recommended.
We were here for business and have spent 2 nights there. Of course, the hotel has a lot of charm, but that you see better on pictures. The team is fantastic. Could arrange early brekfast, always very kind and helpful. Among others, have interacted with Manoj Kumar at the font desk.

We visited here last week for a two-day stay. Absolutely loved it!!! Everyone should at least check out this place for the peacocks’ sake. Food wise, they definitely wanted to put some “evidence” on us so they fed you 3 times a day including a complementary breakfast and afternoon tea. The staffs were amazing. Highly recommend!
