I visited for my marriage purpose with my Family and we were 6 members booked 3 rooms and It was a great stay, very cooperative staff especially Mr Ranjeet Singh and everyone from Kitchen to floor.

The hotel is centrally located and its very near to the Gwalior railway station. The room was spacious and have all required amenities.
From the security staff on the gate to the reception, room cleaning and restaurant staff all were polite and helpful. Would love to stay in this hotel when ever I will visit Gwalior and will recommend this to all the travelers.
They offers the rooms in better rates compared to other near by good hotels and also provide better services comparatively.
During my other visits I have seen the impact of covid on the cleanliness of the other hotels but here, they have maintained the hotel very well.

From the security staff on the gate to the reception, room cleaning and restaurant staff all were polite and helpful. Would love to stay in this hotel when ever I will visit Gwalior and will recommend this to all the travelers.

Food is being served with unskilled type labourers and their seniors are not having any skills to behave with guests. Today we had Dinner at restaurant of Hotel Ramaya. It was horrible experience and we had to quit the dinner in between. When we asked waiters three times to serve green chilly, he brought two three pieces for a group of 10 persons. On calling Senior waiter, we were surprised as he told that "we have given you green chilly three times and upto how much times we will give you green chilly" in very rude way. We said if you cannot serve such a small thing, we will leave dinner in between and we had to leave the restaurant with half stomach empty. Very horrible experience ðŸ¤ðŸ¤ðŸ¤

Our stay at Ramaya hotel was extremely satisfactory. The hotel is located very close to the city. The famous DB city mall and other necessities are located within a radius of only 2-3 kms. It is also just 20-25 mins from the airport.
The staff(Ranjeet and Ranauk) is very friendly and genuine. All our extra demands were taken care of readily without any hesitation. The rooms and lobbys are hygienic and are inspected regularly. The hotel also offered to book a cab to the airport. Lastly, a plethora of food is offered on the menu and it lives up to the expectation. The complimentary services, the friendly and helpful staff and the hygiene made the stay appealing.

Had a good stay at Ramaya ,rooms were cosy and comfortable,cleaned , hygiene which is very important in this period.
Also found the staff is so courteously follow guest and keep care of them self as well as guest with utmost disciplined way.
We got a very good support from Mr Ranjit Parihar.
Got help.in getting the rapid antigen test done.
Has a very nice view from the room and you can have a Gwalior fort view as well...
A great ambience,keep it up Ramaya staff for this great support..

We had a long stay of 6 months at the Hotel. The rooms are quite nice and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is also very clean.
The housekeeping staff is very active and prompt in any assistance at even odd timings.
The restaurant food is the highlight and even after staying for 6 months and eating all 3 meals from the restaurant, we still enjoyed the taste of its food till the very last day.
A special note of thanks to Mr. Ranjeet who made our stay comfortable and worth remembering.
The housekeeping staff is very active and prompt in any assistance at even odd timings.
The restaurant food is the highlight and even after staying for 6 months and eating all 3 meals from the restaurant, we still enjoyed the taste of its food till the very last day.
A special note of thanks to Mr. Ranjeet who made our stay comfortable and worth remembering.

I stayed in this hotel for 6 months. The hotel has spacious and clean rooms which are well maintained. I had room on the fourth floor, which had beautiful view of the fort.
The hotel has two restaurants one on the ground floor and other on the top floor. The restaurants at the hotel serves delicious and healthy food. The restaurant has expertise in making all the dishes very well and I really liked their veg platter. The restaurant on the top floor is a Barbecue Restaurant and it has live music performance on the weekends.
Additionally, the hotel provides pick up and drop services, all their vehicles are well maintained. The hotel has ample parking space for all the guests.
Now coming to the people who are running the show. The staff here are very professional and polite. Just to mention my experience , all the requirements were met well in time.
Special compliments to Mr Ranjeet and his team, who made my stay at Gwalior a wonderful one.
