We stayed for a couple of nights on a groupon offer. Overall we had a lovely stay. The hotel is very comfortable and very clean. Food was very tasty particularly the sausages and mash! The stairs are very steep so if you have mobility issues you will need to book a ground floor. The only little niggle is that like...

Stayed for 2 nights over Easter, Hotel is set in quiet location, yes we read about driving through a housing estate but that doesn't impede on the hotel at all. This was our 5th stay here and it didn't disappoint again. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, the rooms are very comfortable and there is a delicious menu on offer. What more could we ask for on a two day break?

The hotel is surrounded by farmland so all you...

Excellent hotel to spend a short break, being only 25 minutes from the south coast. The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was excellent (especially the sausage & bacon) & the a la carte menu was excellent & a great bar menu. What made our break so enjoyable was the friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely go back

The rooms were very clean, the staff helpful and very pleasant, the food was excellent. A lovely place to stay for our family get-together. A cosy traditional hotel. Highly recommended. We would certainly stay there again.

My husband & I had a really smashing stay at this hotel just before Easter. Clean and bright room with tea and coffee facilities, friendly staff, great restaurant and a good location to see Somerset and surrounding area.
