About
Pesca Maya Fishing Lodge opened its doors on January 1996 and has quickly become one of the Yucatan's most popular fishing destinations and with good reason. The lodge is located 90 miles south of Cancun in the 1.3 million acre Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve. Situated on a long, narrow strip of barrier beach, the lodge is virtually surrounded by water. There are 11 rooms in 3 buildings, all with A/C and private bathroom with walk-in showers, most with oceanview. Located in a solitary white sand beach, turquoise water and a magnificent coral reef at 90 yards from the beach. Serious fishing, exciting tours, beautiful spots, nice and comfortable accommodations, good food and personal attention is our mission.

Great fishing despite the wind. The guides gave us the best shots possible under some tough wind conditions. We caught several different species including barracuda. We stayed in the Seclusion house with a terrific view of the water. The staff was wonderful, helping us in...More

Hi: Some people belive this is the worst road, it is usually graded once every one or two years, so with rain it gets really bad. That is why we do now boat transfer from 3 miles after Tulum, avoiding the other 30 miles full... More

Hi Kert: We also do spining or bait casting. We use jigs with lures available at our shop. We also provide rods and reels included in the rate. Hope to see you soon. Regards Rogelio
