Lots of research led us to Way2Go4Walking and the BnB at Welcombe, North Devon. We wanted an active but comfortable holiday, where we could enjoy the beautiful coastal scenery, led by a knowledgeable guide. We experienced so much more. Home Farm is an historic cottage that is immaculate in presentation, with warm and cosy bedrooms and bathrooms. Alison and Michael...

Once again Home Farm has excelled in making our stay relaxing, comforting and welcoming. The guided walks by Michael and Ellie were set at a pace comfortable for all in the group with some fantastic sights and refreshing beers! The best part of any stay at Home Farm is making new friends who have similar interests and experiences, and this...

I found this "gem" of a B & B looking on the internet but wasn't sure what to expect. I was visiting from the United States with my two teenage children. Michael and Alison were so gracious, friendly and truly pleased to have you stay at their beautiful house. The rooms, house and grounds, were so clean and inviting and...

I had the good fortune to stay four days at this perfect farm house B&B in late May and early June 2013. I can't say enough good things about the owners, Ali and Michael. They are warm, efficient, knowledgeable hosts, both for the B&B and for the daily walking tours of the southwest coastal walkways. What a fantastic experience! Host...

Staying at the farm home was so comfortable and relaxing. We never felt rushed. Mid-afternoon, after long hikes, we savored delicious homemade treats on the patio, reliving the day with friends old and new. After cleaning up for dinner, we had time to play backgammon, a game I had neglected for a few years and have now rediscovered. Others in...

Wonderfully placed to explore a very special quiet, unspoilt section of the cornish coast... this B&B is a real find! From the moment you step through the door you will understand why. Alison and Micheal have transformed their ancient house into a character home oozing with style without compromising on luxury or comfort. Our room was delightfully and tastefully furnished,...

What a lovely room. We were in the old dairy located in the garden. The room was beautifully clean with a very good shower in the bathroom, a very pretty quilt on the bed. The location was perfect for exploring North Devon and Cornwall. Michael and Alison were very knowledgeable about the area and further afield and made many suggestions...

Ali and Michael gave a wonderful, warm welcome at Home Farm and made my stay totally relaxing. Their cooking is fabulous, the rooms spotless and their enthusiasm for the place is infectious. They made me feel as though nothing was too much trouble! I went away feeling refreshed and revitalised and would definitely return!
