My husband and I stayed at Guillermo this past week, and had a fantastic time. I don't think you could have asked for more welcoming, and friendly staff. They treated you like family. We were a little skeptic about what the food would be like...More
The hotel is now more than 10 years old and was at one time a 5 star. It still has 5 star service and the food is second to none compared to any resorts in Cuba. Selection of food and choices is excellent. Bar, pool,...More

I assume you want to give them to staff, you will find that as you get to know them it will become clear how best to distribute them. Natural colour tights are a handy gift. We travel light so tend to reward in cash, a single CUC is appreciated anywhere when merited. Bear in mind that your daily room cleaner gets way more in tips than other staff, so those staff with limited guest contact would be a good target.

At the MCG most maintenance and repair work is carried out by hand, and certainly not with heavy machinery. The resort is always quiet. The room we liked which is handy for the beach, pool and buffet is 1328, which is on the upper floor with dual aspect windows. Try to get in touch with Norge on reception.
