Hi I've never done the Scuba thing but have seen instructors in the book with people. Sorry for getting back to you so late. Check the web site or talk to a travel agent.

Well we are due to go to this Hotel in October 11 weeks time and the reviews are very concerning. I have contacted Thomas Cook today with my concerns asked them to read the reviews and asked the customer services if she was the prospective customer would she be concerned, she said I know what you mean and I can't blame you for being concerned. What is dissapointing here is the management are aknoledging the post's or reviews people are leaving and say they are improving and learning from their mistakes. With all due respect, how hard can it be to order in the correct amount of refreshments and food, I mean they must have mean averages of customers going and they must surely have data on water, alchol + food consumed per person then you simply order a little extra. But it's very clear the management are not learning from the mistakes. I asked Thomas Cook today 08/08/2018 if they had stopped selling this Hotel, she declined to give an answer so half an hour after my call ended I logged onto Thomas Cooks website to see if I could book this hotel, the message displayed next to the hotel: Sorry there is no availability at this hotel! Now that tell's you there must be something wrong with things. By the way, my partner has just finished working in the corporate hotel booking sector and she said go on Melia Hotels website direct to see what star rating they have it as. So we checked tonight and they have it as a 5* Deluxe hotel, she says Melia are a huge group and is surprised by the goings on at this Hotel because Melia are regarded as a top notch hotel chain in her industry. Anyway my question is does anyone know if I am within my rights to ask for a change of Hotel?
