You get what you pay for, this is a very reasonably priced hotel in a great setting, with food that is ok. Like i have said before, when you are at home you don't sit down and have everything in your cupboards and fridge for every meal of the day, every day, and then get bored afetr 5 days, so don't do it while you are away!
Anyway, Havana by coach is a long way, flying is an hour, the arranged tripd is about £200 but that it food, hotels and flights, so not a bad deal.
