We stayed in Sol in the end of October, beginning of November. The weather was perfect, sunny with only one rainy day. But not that hot as in summer months. Our room was clean, with stunning ocean view. Despite of old furniture, we enjoyed our stay because all people were so welcoming and helpful. Intertainining team was excellent, with professional...

I stayed here in June/July 2016 so my review is a bit late but I felt I needed to leave one for people like me who scoured these reviews before coming and worried I had booked the wrong place (to the point where I range the travel agent to try and change hotels). Thank goodness I didn't! I don't know...

The nicest small Caribbean hotel we have visited. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is, great. Mojitos at the Cuban bar are a must in the late afternoon. The beach is amazing . We especially like the older single level cottages. Have been there many times.

Wonderful staff, lovely grounds, clean rooms & world class beach... Lots of excursions to explore The islands of Cayo Guillermo, Cayo Coco and the cities of Moron and Ciego de Ávila on the mainland. Highly recommend the boat ride through the mangrove canals!

When I went to Cuba for the first time, it's was at this hotel and it's been memorable. We were almost 40 and the staff was very friendly. The food was good, but a little too oiled. But for the rest that was awesome, good ambiance, nice pool, nice staff and nice beach!
