This is a great little motel, right in the centre of town. Altough the rooms are a little dated they are spotlessly clean. Our room had a double and a single bed that were comfortable but our preference would have been to just have a queen or king bed. We had a front room facing the lawn, which is preferable...

As other reviewers have noted this motel is impeccably clean and in an excellent location. It is handy to the Hauraki bike trail, shops and the beautiful domain. It was very hot the day I biked one leg of the trail and the thoughtful owners had turned on the aircon before I returned. Enjoyed the chocolates and biscuits too. I...

Visiting family in Te Aroha and stayed again at this excellent motel. It was very very hot and when we arrived in the early evening, the fantastic hosts had already put on the air conditioning so the room was perfect and refreshing. Have stayed here a couple of times and most of all think the cleanliness is unbeatable and unmatched...

This motel has a great handy location, close to hot pools, a great pub for meals across the road, shops very close. The room had kitchen facilities, a great bathroom, and everything you might need, with some very thoughtful extras too. My only concerns were the bed was too hard, and the manager's weren't living on the premises. While they...

Three of us stayed here when we did the Hauraki Rail Trail. Spotlessly clean, cheerfully decorated, comfy beds, quiet, great location. Friendly, helpful hosts. They've made a big effort to make this a great place to stay - and it is. Highly recommended.

We stayed overnight last weekend. We had 2 units which were clean and comfortable. Our host was helpful and friendly and helped us with pool bookings and dinner ideas etc. We would recommend this motel and would stay again. We loved the area.

My mother and I spent the night recently and found this motel to be friendly, homely and beyond clean! The beds were very comfortable and every effort was made to make us feel welcome. The location is supurb being close to everything one would ever need - the mineral pools and shops and restaurants. I would highly reccomend this motel...

Once again we have stayed at the Te Aroha Motel and everytime we have stayed we have been made most welcome by Christine and Arne (hosts). The motel is spotlessly clean and well presented. We have no hesitation in saying it is a must stay motel!

We stayed here the night before a really important kids rugby game, and it was perfect. Spotlessly clean, really warm with electric blankets and heat pump, comfy beds, and very close to town. The kids even asked if we could stay there again

We've stayed here for number of times, the owners are very friendly and kind. First time we stayed here and not knowing where to go for our next stop, the lady kindly showed us a few attractions on the map, so our travel experience in NZ started from there. The location is the best, very close to the Te Aroha...
