This isn’t a super luxurious place but it’s clean, comfortable and the beach and location are relaxing and wonderful. Once you accept what the place is and isn’t, you’ll have an amazing stay. We were sooooo glad we didn’t get the all inclusive option. Food options in towns

Dear Freddie, We are sorry that you have such a bad image of our resort and please believe that this is not representative of the comments we usually have. There are 3 beauches at the hotel and we are in high season. Dependending on the time of the day we can have more guest enjoying the sun but we are never out of sunbeds. It's quite a large resort and you always find a space to relax. Have you tried the bungalow beach, usually more quiet ? This is one of the largest hotel beach of the island and we quite proud of it. All beaches in Guadeloupe are puplic therefore there is no sign! It 's against the law. Please note you can indeed have mosquitoes at the end of the day after sunset but this not a constant, I am sorry you have been bitten. We are sorry you do wish to come back but we hope you enjoyed your stay in Guadeloupe and the confort of our rooms.

What a great place! nice beach, nice hotel, nice people. Yes, it is expensive but it is so great to wake up near the sea, to eat a superb breakfast, to play pool, to swim and to relax! We spent only 1 night but we will come back!

I wasn’t aware of cycle hire, but that doesn’t mean they don’t.Most of the roads are quite steep and windy. Can’t say we particularly noticed any cyclists.Majority is car or hitchhiking- especially the locals.Sorry not to be able to help you further
