The views from this hotel room are unreal. The staff couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. Dinner was good and the view from the patio made it exceptional. Very budget friendly, especially in the off season. The included breakfast was great also.

When the hotel finally came into view, our granddaughter said "It's so pretty, I'm going to die!" We arrived very late, about 9:45 pm (check-in is normally till 7:00 pm), so the manager left our keys with the restaurant manager who greeted us warmly and with his best English, gave us information about visiting Neunschwanstein Castle in the morning. Breakfast... More

My husband and I wanted to visit the Starkenberger Brewery and Museum, located in Tarrenz, Austria. Lermoos isn't that far from Tarrenz and we had driven through there before on the way to Garmisch-Partenkirchen. I decided to book two nights at the Sporthotel Zugspitze. The Sporthotel Zugspitze is very charming and appears to be family run. It offers magnificent views... More

We had a room for two that had enough extra space for two beds for our children and they were really comfortable beds. The views are indescribable in their magnificence. There is a ping pong table, foosball, pool, and a children's room. There's a bar in the lobby, an included breakfast spread with more options than I can list. We... More

In the 1980’s Lakes and Mountains Holidays were more popular and featured in many brochures. We came to Lermoos twice and have always wanted to go back. This was the year we did. We traveled by car using the DFDS ferry from Newcastle to Amsterdam (probably the most relaxing start to a holiday - a good meal and a nights... More

The personal welcome by Hans, the manager set the tone of our stay at this hotel from June 6th – 13th 2015. It is a traditional, family run small hotel, on the outskirts of the village. The nearest bus stop is about a 5 minute walk. There is plenty of car parking. The staff were all very friendly and helpful,... More

Lermoos is a small village in the Austrian Alpes. The Sporthotel Zugspitze is a very nice hotel, with friendly staff, good food and an awesome mountain view. The room I stayed was amazing, very quit and peaceful, and the price was very convenient as well. Loved it!
