As I was traveling solo for a 1 week holiday , I found the hotel to be lovely , spotlessley clean , very friendly helpful staff , spacious room , daily maid service , bathroom was quite small but the power shower made up for space , amazing sea view , breakfast included , and the restaurant gave a discount... The location of this hotel is great. Just far enough out of the centre for some peace at night, but not too far, so you can walk to most places in Kos Town, right by the sea-front and lovely cafes opposite. However, it lets itself down with lacklustre rooms and an air of a business that's struggling. We only had... More

We had a very pleasant low season stay at a very reasonable price. Personnel were very friendly and helpful. Room quite decent, clean, sunny. Wi-fi worked well. Bathroom a bit cramped, but OK for a short stay. Breakfast average but in a pleasant space.

We stayed here with our son and his wife to celebrate their first wedding anniversary. I wouldn't choose it again but there's nothing really wrong with it. We found it to be noisy from the streets close by and our view from the back of the hotel was simply other buildings directly across the road. We asked if we could... More

We stayed here one night while on our way from Rhodes to Bodrum in Turkey. Unfortunately the place is surrounded by thousands of Syrian refugees, not the Hotels fault of course. The rooms in this Hotel are accessed by a tiny lift that you can barely fit your luggage into, the rooms bare and devoid of any furnishings to make... More

We stayed here for two nights at the end of our Greek island hopping holiday. Very impersonal hotel - you are not interacted with at all by any of the staff on reception or in the restaurant. Expected to see yourself to a table in the morning and help yourself to buffet breakfast which was very limited and not particularly... More

Well if you want to stay in a noisy hotel, this is the one. Your awaken around 5:20am by a lorry emptying the bottle banks and this is daily. Or you are woken by the ferries blowing their horns coming into Port/harbour. Then the cleaners shouting up and down the stairs to each other around 7:30 am onwards or the telephones... More
