The hotel was comfortable and the room clean and tidy. The food in the restaurant was very mediocre, but edible. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is not really close to any amenities or places to go, unless you have a specific need to be in that area. They get a lot of coach parties travelling who use it for one night so breakfast can be very chaotic !

We stayed here for one night as then we began walking the Portuguese Camino from Lisbon and we would not stay again. For the price we paid - approx €100 on hotels - dot - com, the place delivered very little. On the upside, the front desk staff were helpful, the wifi was strong, and the AC in the room worked well. On the downside, the bed and pillows were uncomfortable, as was the pleather sofa in the room. The tub/shower glass wall leaked water all over the floor, and there was a fridge but no coffee maker. The hotel is along the very busy N-10 highway but has no food services or grocery stores nearby, at least in walking distance. It’s mostly surrounded by abandoned warehouses and industrial sites. Very disappointed in the restaurant. It was open at 7 a.m. and we planned to get a quick light breakfast and coffee just before starting to walk. We were informed that because we hadn’t purchased the breakfast buffet along with our room booking (€8.50 pp), our only options were to purchase only coffee, purchase the full buffet, or wait until 8:15 to order à la carte. This in spite of the restaurant being only one-third full. This seemed to be a case of policy or practice trumping doing what meets the customers’ needs. We would not stay again, especially given the high price for a very mediocre hotel.

The entire air-conditioning system was switched off, except the ground floor where it worked just fine. The rooms were 30C deg inside, hot and sweaty, could not sleep. Duty manager says it is because it not summer yet so he did not care, his office was cool. "Open the window" he says. The hotel is located opposite a 24/7 industrial estate so the noise never stops. All the floor boards are loose and slide as you walk around the room.

The worst Hotel EVER EVER this place it’s absolutely a joke !! How they can rate themselves as a 4star Hotel Or how on earth Hotel.com rated them 4.0 out 5.0 ??!! Did they ever experience a night at this place ? This place it’s so old the room and out dated, the beds and pillow are from a 1 star hotel Or not even that, shower 🚿 it’s unbelievable, a hostel has a beefed shower than this place. I also I never seen a hotel when u ask for a room service and they cannot add this to your room bill, or if you hasn’t got breakfast but you go for breakfast and add that to your room bill as well ... what a messy really makes me angry. Staff, what can I say about the staff - rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, unfriendly, not polite at all !!!! The worst people I’ve ever meet in my whole life. I had a problem with the air con went down the reception to see if they could help the strait way said so in my face with no sorry or even try to help. Ask for a fan for at least have a better night sleep and NO NO NO. I’ve start to get frustrating and complain about it asked for the manager Miguel and he never turned up or show up his face to help and of the 4 nights. My patentes booked this hotel and if weren’t because of them I had this place on the first night - as I couldn’t cope with this ridiculous and disgusting services. The Reception Manager and the Director knew about everything and never ever bothered to come and speak with me on those 4 nights and try to solve the problem, they are absolutely useless!!!! Disgusting services So please please please I ask you do you never waste your money like I did at this place, it’s absolutely no worth it !! 100% don’t recommend this this place, it’s a totally nightmare , I had the worst nights of my life and they TOTALLY RUINED MY HOLIDAYS !!!! So guys please don’t you never try to stay here !!!
