Booked 2 rooms in this hotel from 31st December 2021 to 01st January 2022 and upon arrival everything felt good including nice rooms, good view etc. Shock of the story is they didn't had any kind of tap water supply in the washroom whether its cold or hot and we were given buckets of water to use. When spoke to the owner Mr. Imran he mentioned that pipes are frozen because of which the water is bot available. Now before reaching this hotel i stayed 2 nights in Gulmarg where the temperature was touching -15 degrees and still the hotel (same category as hotel Abdullah) was able to manage and gets us both hit and cold water supply but the owner of this hotel kept on giving excuses. I paid about 6300 for 2 rooms in this hotel but never expected this kind of facility. Imagine you are travelling with your parents and kids and you are expected to use a bucket of water to freshen up despite of paying a good amount of money , for me thats unaccepatable! We checked out of this hotel and luckily found another hotel in the same category and tariff including hot and cold water supply however our entire day was wasted just because of this. If you are booking this hotel then first check if they have tap water supply or not and other amenities and then only book.…

We stayed in October 2021 here for 4 nights. Very comfortable stay with clean rooms and washroom. All facilities were working properly. The Manager Imran bhai is very helpful and cooperative, guides you well if you need any help for local purchasing or other things. I recommend this Hotel, worth staying.

Me @ wife stayed here for 2days. View from the room is so romantic with electric blanket heater. Very happy with all service provided by Mr. Imran he’s really good person. surely will visit again Rooms are clean with all facilities geyser, electric blanket, heater Pahalgam best rooms Gand Abdulla
