We visited during the first week of march and stayed there for 3 days. Their staff are so polite and well trained and will give you the best of hospitality. Super yummy spread of dishes and the f&b staff even ask for special requests . Very affordable prices as well. Rooms are hygienic and spacious Front office staff are so warm and courteous Would totally recommend to anyone staying in pahalgam They are also in gulmarg and srinagar if im not wrong So do choose them for your next travel in kashmir

After a wonderful stay at Kolahahi Green Heights in Gulmarg, we moved to their property in Pahalgam. While the views were different from Gulmarg, this property offered a unique kind of luxury.
We were delighted to be upgraded to an entire independent villa, complete with three spacious rooms. The rooms were impeccably maintained, with efficient room heaters and high standards of hygiene.
The property's restaurant was a short walk away, but room service was also available, which was convenient on chilly days.
While the surroundings didn't offer the scenic views we'd enjoyed in Gulmarg, we understood that this property is located at the base of Pahalgam, with the main tourist area a 3-km drive uphill.
Considering the limited options for high-quality accommodations in Pahalgam, we were convinced that Kolahahi Green Heights was an excellent choice.

One of the best property in Pahalgam at competitive rates. Everything from room to the landscape in the Hotel is nicely made and closer to nature especially on the river bank across the road. Staff was cordial and Jain food was served. Specifically wanted to call out the Sales manager Mr. Ishtiyaq who went over and beyond to help me to accommodate my request of cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances. Would visit again next time!

Despite a beautiful property and good food, I would rate Kolahai greens as average due to its poor hospitality and lack of attention on guests by its mid to senior management. We were a group of 27 people with 11 room nights per day ( 33 room nights) and booked the property 2 months in advance, despite that and despite a clear request that we wish to stay as a group, we were given 3 rooms in the main building which was far away from the cottages and the main building room were fairly small. The rooms do not have ACs and given the climate change hotel management needs to put ACs or else like we were bound to sweat in the rooms, other guests will find it miserable. 2 people had their 50th birthday celebrated at the hotel. Typically in other properties, it will be hotel management which will take initiative to add to the celebration in their own small way but these people with super cold response charged for the tiny cakes. In the 3 days of stay GM, while in the property, never bothered to meet the team leader and F&B manager never came to enquire about the food. The Sevice shuts down at 10 pm and nothing is available till 7 am. Any order, as small as tea, took 30 minutes and scheduled packaged serving which we had for tea and coffee were never served on its own unless called for. In all we felt as if we were not welcome or the hotel was indifferent with our presence. Junior staff was pretty ok. Truly wish that Kolahai Green changes it’s approach towards hospitality.

Word of caution to start with - if you are travelling with senior citizens, this is not the place. We were travelling with senior citizens, booked our room five months ahead, with a specific request - we need rooms in the main building on the first floor, since we had senior citizen. And when we arrived, they happily "upgraded" us, to a room far far off (in fact the farthest), with lots of stairs, which we never wanted. This sort of marred our overall experience at this place, with so many stairs, the stay became unberable. They tried to provide wheelchairs etc, but that still involved lots of stairs and the distance was too much. They offered to shift us the next day, but again, in Pahalgam, you would go out, rather than staying at the hotel till noon to shift! With such niggling issues, the stay was not pleasing at all.
Otherwise, food was decent, Amir at the restaurant was very good and prompt.
I stayed at their property in Gulmarg, which is clearly a five star, but this one is max three stars with a stretch.

We have had a great experience at staying in Kolahoi Greens Pahalgam. We had charming spacious rooms, with modern amenities and a lovely Kashmiri sit out to enjoy our tea and Happy hour. I loved the high tea besides the River , where we made to feel like royalty sitting on the carpet and sipping our delicious Kawa.
The staff was extremely polite , helpful and attentive to all our needs A special thank goes to: Aabid Yapoo Sallahaudin Mukthar Rauf Yasir Who looked after us so well and were attentive to all our needs. The food was delicious and chefs catered to all our various demands.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable holiday stay!

Kolahoi greens , one of the best hotels . It has one of the most mesmerizing views and an amazing staff as well. They just take your stay experience to next level. Hospitality was amazing. The reception guys always greeted us with a smile, housekeeping staff was very helpful . They provided a very friendly feel .
Mr Salauddin made sure we were comfortable with the food that was served. He even made special dishes which met our taste.

Our trip to Kashmir was one trip which has left a mark on us for a lifetime. The timeless beauty and the hospitality and kindness we have felt was beyond our expectation. We travelled with a group of friends which included a 4 year old child and a friend who is handicapped. The staff from Kolahoi green resorts were incredibly helpful and generous with their time and service. We had big bags and our friend had to be carried in his wheelchair from the reception to the room during heavy snow fall too and then never showed any hesitation. The food was as good as home made food and the chef never said a no to go out of the way to serve things out of the menu for the child. Things were served in the room so many times due to heavy snow fall without any delay. Super prompt service and we always got more than we asked for.
The over all experience was more than any 5 star hotel provides you. A special thanks to Ishfaq Shafi for helping us with all the bookings and multiple cancellations and changes that we made. Would love to thank Salauddin, Burhan, Bilal chef for making our stay so memorable and comfortable.

The Hotel is situated a short ride outside the actual Pahalgham Municipality. The location is serene and nice.
Room : The room size was so small that 2 people could not pass each other. Inspite of it being a deluxe hotel category, the room was a total disaster. We could not ask for an extra bed as it was not possible. the bed was too small for 3 people to sleep.
Also the hotel is constructed on an hillock and the dining room is at the entrance so if you have a room on the top of the incline, god help the old and sick people.
There is no other entertainment or things to do for kids or adults once the excursions are done and you are back at the hotel. you are confined to your room and since the hotel is not in Pahalgham you cannot even step out for any food, medicines etc.
the only upside was food which was the best that we had during our Kashmir trip.

Had an excellent stay with family. We stayed at the saffron suite. Was pleasantly surprised at how spotlessly clean the suite was. The staff was courteous and helpful. They were also sure to check on whether we will have dinner before closing the kitchen which was very thoughtful of them. Beautiful property. Definitely likely to stay here again if we return. The dining capacity is however not enough for the number of rooms they have which is anyways limited, but they still manage well.

No they don't have heated tiles. This December we stayed in coral suite and they had a very big heater in room as well as in bathroom. So it was quite warn and we did not feel a need for heated tiles
There are more places to choose from in the Pahalgam area.
