Wonderful stay with total staff smiling, happy, polite & co-operative be it hotel security, lobby Gate keepers, Lobby staff, room service boys, restaurant staff, everyone. Don't know all names but Sabzar & 1 tall guy at reception & Finally Mr. Imran was at his best. Very soft spoken, co-operative in anything we asked for & guiding rightly what situation demended. Really Appreciated. Tks for all & wish to come atleast once to Kashmir & Pine & Peak for sure. Good luck.

Lovely property, great choice of amenities and ambiance. Food was amazing with great varieties. We tried some local dishes of vazwan and loved them. Staff is humble and most warm. I stayed here from 25th to 27th February 2021 , hands down it's the best hotel one can find in pehalgam . When we entered our check-in was done extremely swiftly and we were offered kehwa as a welcome beverage . My package was breakfast and dinner food was delicious , hot and fresh . A big thank you to Imran the front office manager , he helped us in sightseeing which places to skip and which to visit he also helped us book a vehicle as the points don't allow the private vehicles . Our room was overlooking the pins trees and had lots of monkeys which was fun .
