This is a cute cozy hotel but it is only good for summer. We had stayed for 1 night on 2nd March 2022 with family including parents. There was electricity and heating issues at night on account of which none of us could sleep properly due to cold. Electric Blankets and a protable heaters were provided in each room. Those didn have sufficient capacity to heat the rooms adequately. We had to wear at least 3 layers inside the room to stay and sleep. Moreover, during late night there was power cuts. we had to request them to switch on the generator system. They switched on for a while but again around 4.45/5 am we all woke up due to chills. We waited for them to switch on the generator but there was no response until sunrise. We were told that there was major power cut in pahalgam, which was not at all convincing. As it was hard to believe that they are running a hotel business and they didnt arrange for sufficient power back up for their guests that too during winter. They have started this hotel since 2013. This is a budget hotel but we felt we were punished to sleep in such cold , my mom dad and my niece (8yr old) struggled to sleep the entire night. On 3rd March2022, we checked out and reserved our rooms at Hotel outlook which is bang opposite Premier Pahalgam. Rooms : Suite is spacious, other room sizes are ok. Few rooms have great view of mountains and few have views of other homes/homestays around the property. Food: breakfast was aloo Paratha with dahi and achar . Bread butter on request. Tea / coffee was served alongwith breakfast. Location : situated in main Pahalgam, where the horse riding starts. Around 15 mints drive from Betab Valley. Lavender Park is around 1 km walk from the hotel. You can walk up to the bank of Liddar river in the morning / evening Conclusion : This property may be good for summer. But not advisable for winter until they improve their heating facilities in the room, electricity back up as well as 24hrs hot water facilites. …

Zakir bhai, his father and Caretaker Husein all served us with always YES approach. The front side view facing the garden and mountains brings lots of good positive vibes. Even with low staff due to covid they managed to serve us with excellent simple and delicious mutton. World recommend all to do visit and we eagerly wait for our next trip and stay with them. Thanks again to the entire team for their hospitality.
