It was my first trip to Kashmir a dream destination all time , one my relatives who stayed here recommended to stay in Bombay Palace, it was really a great experience for me. Thanks to the staff of Bombay Palace and the owner itself. They served us in such a way that if any time me or my friends or relatives want to visit Pahalgam this hotel will be our permanent hotel. I will never forget the behavior and the all time positive response from the management to the guests who stay at this resort. Its a Luxurious place one can find in Pahalgam. The property has the best views of the valley. The owner and the staff are really nice and kind hearted. Rooms are specious and super clean decorated with Kashmiri culture wood paneling . Above all the food is really very nice it's a perfect abode for anyone who is found of food, luxury and scenic beauty really will come again and again to enjoy the excellent service especially full white view during winter time. Just forget Switzerland and come to Kashmir it is really heaven on earth. I am a traveler and always keen to visit the places where natural beauty is undiscovered.

It never felt like a hotel, it was a home for 2 days. The hosts, 3 brothers - Aashiq, Nisar and Riyaaz, were so hospitable. They ensured about my comfortable stay and that rooms were warm enough - they had electric blanket and heater in room. Spectacular views can be seen from the windows
Food and hot beverages were also good. The hosts also arranged transfers for me at an affordable price. They also showed me local villages.
It's a must hotel stay in Pahalgam, perfect for any group or solo or couples.

We booked for 2 nights in this hotel. Smallest rooms I have ever encountered in any hotel. Mat in the room was very shabby. It's a dreaded experience to spent 2 nights in this hotel. When I asked for an extra pillow , staff was given so dirty pillow I can't describe. I complaied at reception then they got it changed. On repeated requests, they start warm water in the morning. Still food quality was good.

We stayed here at Bombay Palace for two nights with my family of 6 people, the experience we had was really a wonderful experience, the behavior of the staff, especially Mr Arafat and Basit, they served us always with their smiling faces, the quick service they provide was also in a professional manner. Every room has a wonderful and cozy interior decorated with finished wooden designs, rooms are centrally heated, though bit smaller but are facilitated with modern facilities. rooms have a great view from the window, with mountains snowcapped which will mesmerize your morning. We booked this hotel through MMT and found this hotel decent as per MMT standards, the staff behavior, the cleanliness, and the professionalism was also very nice. Hats up to the team and management of Bombay Palace, keep it up, we will visit again soon.

I had booked via make my trip with including food. I came to know Dinner only serve after 8:30 pm. N for breakfast you need to wait till 8:30 am
Food quality was pathetic, don't feel satisfied. Rooms are ok.
I suggest not to include food in package because hotel is not give good food in that package 😑

As we travelled this hotel in last week of November, it was chilling cold weather over there. the room alloted to us was on 2nd floor with great views of snow capped mountains, Service was excellent and the behavior of staff was exceptional. We enjoyed the stay and with bonfire at night.

I would not recommend anybody to book this hotel.. it is too far from main market.. and no proper dining area. food is pathetic. rice was not cooked properly. approx 6 km from main market.. it is like outside pahelgam and village area outside.. dont know why make mytrip offer this hotel.. they charged for heater and we have to replace to twice but none of the heater is working. light is not there 20 hours out of 24 hours. it is working 22 hours on generator and because of that no hot water, no heater and tv is working.. no view from hotel room

So i have visited this place in jan , hotel location is really nice and staff is the friendliest you will ever find..they will even guide you...room has all the basic amenities..so over all stay was really nice...one thing which can be improved is options for food , here you won't get many options for breakfast or dinner like a mess they will make one item and ul have to eat it..other than this it was really nice experience staying here..i highly recommend this hotel

Awesome place in pahlegham , cottage r neat n clean , recommend to visit once , food is tasty n they have different variety also . We have recently integrated central heating system. Super Deluxe rooms are centrally heated properly with 24 hour power back up. This central heating system is of dual use. In winter it serves proper heating in the room but during summer it serves comes with cooling facility.
In other words super deluxe rooms are AC rooms with integrated split AC technology.
March season is the best season to go for Pahalgam.

1. That time roads from Srinagar to Pahalgam are not closed due to bad weather or heavy snow fall, if by chance heavy snow fall occurs, it takes 4 to 5 ours or one day to open the road for transport.
2. Yes, we arrange cabs for Srinagar drop, Jammu drop Airport drop, Gulmarg drop or Sonamarg drop, even we arrange cabs for whole packages also.
3. Temperature: During day time if weather is sunny temerature will be near about 10-15 degree, if weather will be cloudy or snowy then it may fall to 2-0 degree, but during night time weather remains cool, it goes to minus and also during morning and evening times.
Here in Pahalgam there is no need of AC even in summer and we don't have AC rooms, because there is no need of AC. That time heating is must and we provide heating 24*7.
4. Power back-up is availabe 24*7, because heating is must that time.
