Good experience, well maintained. Manager is really a helpful person and will advice you good things to do in Pahalgam. However staff and service is just ok. they try hard but don't deliver well per your expectations.

Very good location with nice scenic view from all sides of the hotel. No matter which room you get, you will get a nice view from your window. Rooms are large enough but do not have heaters. They provide electric heater bedsheets. I would suggest you to check the bedsheet heaters when you check-in. The only problem with this hotel is Hot water. They provide hot water only for selected time in the morning. While my stay the heater broke and we had the hotel guy delivering buckets of hot water. It was very painful. But that may be a one-off event.

I have stayed in the hotel during 22nd Sept to 24th Sept, 2014 as the only Guest. The hotel staffs were very helpful. Room was spacious, view was very nice, shops were very close. Food was ok. Great value for money for our stay.

Good hotel with big rooms, hotel staff friendly, does not have a good restaurant, food is average, they serve only bread, butter, and jam for breakfast. bit expensive hotel, parking facility available for cars and buses.

Location of the hotel is pretty good. The pony ride starts just few meters from hotel. Front view of the hotel is great. Mountains, clouds, trees......awesome view. We got the suite room for ourselves which has ample space. Bathrooms are average. Overall value for money.

I stayed here for one night..i will not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. We have ordered for hot water to drink but even after so many reminders they dint turn up..even they were not aware that we have booked this hotel with MAP plan..i was surprised to get this message from the reception that they were not aware of our plan. I must say that i had really a bad experience with this hotel

I came across this Hotel through web last year in June, 2012 when I planned a trip to J&K with my wife. I contacted the Hotel Manager on phone from Delhi for Room Booking and he booked the Hotel for me with a little advance which I paid into their account at Delhi. This year in August, 2013 again I planned a visit to Srinagar with my family alongwith my daughter and Kids from Canada and I called them up for Room Booking. Mr. Waseem, Hotel Manager, instantly recognized me and agreed to book rooms in hotel as per my requirement without any advance. This hotel is very good and economical hotel near Pahalgam main market. Rooms are neat and clean, spacious and tastefully furnished. The staff is very cooperative. It has a Purely Vegetarian Restaurant and the meal served is really very good. I stayed in the hotel for 1nights/2days and my family enjoyed the stay fully especially my daughter and kids since they came from Canada and were much concerned about cleanliness and meals. We visited Betab Valley, Aaru Valley etc. and local sightseeing at Pahagam which is really enjoyable. Overall it is worth your money to stay in this Hotel. The Hotel Highland Near Nathus Sweets, Pahalgam, is a nice Hotel having excellent Rooms having so many facility including electric blanket in beds, room heater, as well as excellent food. The hotel is in main city and so marketing is with in area.

Yes most of the rooms have sofa which can be converted to child bed. Choose rooms having mountain view. They are awesome but it is useful only if u plan to spend whole day in room. Which I suppose you will not do at such beautiful place.
There are more places to choose from in the Pahalgam area.
