Very good place to stay. Location,ambience, hospitality, friendly nature of the staff and the owner makes you feel at home. The view from the top and the cleanliness of the property makes you more comfortable. The food provided here doesn't make you miss your home.

Awesome place to stay with amazing view and facilities..

I visited phalgham in month of august with my family and i booked this property for two days stay.This place is one of the best in phalgham with amazing view and staff.We were provided with all the necessities which was needed.Staff was very helpful especially manager ( Mr sabzar).Rooms were neat and clean with amazing view and washrooms were clean. Menu was very good with all the kashmiri cuisines and chinese,continental and indian food..I would suggest this resort a must visit..

Great Experience

Amazing place. Great hospitality and excellent service. Lidder view from the room. Would visit again Trout fishing just in front of the resort. The walk in the woods towards Aru Valley and also towards Chandanwari. Very close to the club Great

A Hotel with great service and good view in Pahalgam

I had booked this Hotel for 2 Nights.It is not a starred Hotel but very decent place located just few kms from the Main market yet very peaceful and quiet.The check in was fast and efficient.Initially the Rooms offered to me was just average with the Washroom in really unsafe condition with open wires,Broken shelf etc. .Later we were shifted to much much better rooms.Well kept and astonishing view.The most outstanding thing about this hotel was it's staff.They were really efficient and extremely courteous.Since this resort does not have a full fledged restaurant but just a kitchen.We ordered the food in advance and believe me the food was prepared fresh and was delicious.The staff served the food with great care and made us feel at home.We enjoyed our "kashmiri kehwa" in the terraced garden enjoying the beautiful view of the Green Hills,Snow clad Mountains and the White water river.This Hotel approach is via a 50m long narrow but motorable alley,there is parking space,Then you have to climb quite a few steps to reach the Hotel,certainly ,a difficult task for the aged and people with knee problems...but I took it as a healthy thing to do,enjoy the fresh air and take a leisurely walk up.The Hotel front office manager is really helpful and extremely well behaved.He is ready to help and arrange for local sightseeing by horse etc.The is wifi available but unfoetunately during my stay the wifi was not working due to problem from the ISP side,so cannot comment on it's speed.The was Satellite television in every room.There was electric blanket as well as Room heater. Overall I liked my stay at this Resort/Hotel and will love to visit again.I recommend this Hotel for family as well as solo travellers.…

Excellent

One of the best hotels in pahalgam surrounded by snow claded mountains & lush green forests with all best & basic facilities available.I have stayed in some others hotels at pahalgam but dint find any of this class. Must Visit if you are going pahalgam.

Average hotel..

The hotel is a value for money if you are looking for an average hotel. If you feel like a star category it is not the right place for you. But if you want a decent hotel in good budget then in is fine for you. Their service and quality of food is good. The location and view from room is good. Value for money only if you are looking for budget hotel.

Average hotel in a wonderful location

First thing, do not get confused with the name Roshan Resorts. There is nothing "Resort" in it. It is basically a small hotel tucked far away from main city in Pahalgam. Pros: 1. Location is good - beside the mountains and Lidder river flowing by in front of it 2. Awesome view of snow clad mountains from the rooms 3. Rooms are good and clean 4. Food is awesome - go for chicken biryani in local kashmiri flavours Cons: 1. Initially it is difficult to locate the hotel as there are no signboards nearby the hotel 2. Hotel is little high up in the mountains having lot of stairs - can be problem if travelling with children or elders 3. Nearby markets are a little far away - 20-30 mins walk Overall a small average hotel in a beautiful location but can be opted.

Excellent place to stay at!! :)

This hotel has the perfect view of the Himalayas and the river runs across it. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were very clean too. For me the food was average. All in all a good place to stay.

Safe, Clean and Fun :)

I made an online booking and was my first trip to Kashmir, as we all know what we hear about the place in News every day considering that was bit frightened , i would like to thank Roshan Resorts Staff and Management who made my trip with my family a memorable experience i really felt as i was in a home away from home i would rather consider it my second home from now onwards .... as it was as clean , nice and cozy place to stay....
