Excellent accommodation with great food. Staff there are very welcoming and hospitable. With plenty of snowfall that came down on the night we stayed there, the following morning was a sight to behold with entire Pahalgam looking no less than Switzerland. Highly recommended for people visiting Pahalgam.

We stayed for one night at Hotel Fifth Season.We booked a Quad Room but on arrival they said there is fault in Room and we will provide you 2 Double rooms instead of 1 Quad Room (The rooms provided were basic and the view from the Rooms was Garbage Dumping site of the whole Pahalgam. However, I would like to specially mention that the staff behavior is rude and they are not at all hospitable specially at reception and Owner Mujeeb. On the day of my checkout, I got a call from reception staff at 11:45AM that if you stay in the room for more than a single minute than we will charge you for another day. I was surprised to hear this and as hotel was not house packed for that particular day and nobody was waiting for us to checkout from the room. I informed that we are checking out in another 10 min, Mujeeb said I will charge you for the next day. On top of this, hotel owner Mujeeb said that it is the hotel policy if person stays in our hotel after 11 o'Clock then he gets charged for next day. I told them that even one star hotels are more hospitable than the services which are provided by you. Won't recommend anybody to this hotel as this kind of hospitality is never expected when you book expensive or cheap hotels. The staff should be trained how to deal with the customers. I would not even like to give a single rating to this hotel. Don't fall in their trap.....…

The hotel is good with amazing hospitality services.The food is yumm.The staff members are very polite and well behaved.The hotel is amazing but it requires interior upgradation.The hotel is opposite to the Garden and near to the Pahalgam market.In all, it was a good experience staying in this hotel.

.recently we book 3 rooms for our guest in Pahalgam booking I'd is WXAL3049. this time again oyo repeat worst service history I don't know why oyo selling this property as a four star. as per the report and images seen by me.this is the worst we ever Seen. there is no water in the room. rooms are very dirty. even hotel staff is very rude. They are not clean room for 3days .breakfast provided by the hotel is pathetic food not cook properly. images Shown on internet is fake. this hotel is like lodge price is not more than 400-500 but oyo charge very high...do not waste your money.. As a tour company we are not suggest this property.. Even launch many compliments to Oyo but they are also not responding from last 4days

The hotel is located just opposite the park in Pahalgam very near to the market, The room are spacious and the employees are very welcoming and good mannered however hotel needs to work on the cleanliness and food Overall a good budget hotel to stay with your family and friends

This is a great budget hotel. Its located very near to taxi stand and in the market place. The hotel staffs (especially the Manager Mr Abid) were very helpful. Food was good. Sitting on the small garden under the sun was a nice experience.

We had 1 Night stay in the hotel. Initially the rooms allotted were descent expecting 2 Ngt stay. The moment we mentioned it's 1 Ngt were given rooms which were not prepared for guests by any means. Both bed rooms and rest rooms were not clean. No basic stuff kept ready in room. Those were located at one corner of first floor. We thought of changing the room but due to full day trip and tiredness abstained from doing that. Food served was good and that has fetched the rating, else it's zero star for the experience we had.

Fifth Season, though a budget hotel, offers a pleasant stay for guests. The hotel manager and all the staffs are very receptive to our requests and are ready to help us with anything. The hospitality shown by them was outstanding.

This hotel is located in the centre of small market area in pahalgam. Its a hotel with simple rooms, restaurant and small garden so dont expect 5 star interiors. But, you can expect 5 star level treatment from the staff specially from Mr. Abid. They will go beyond level to make your stay the best of your life. Food is okay. Hotel needs to give extra efforts towards cleanliness of pillow covers, bedsheets, bath linens, etc.. as we did asked for a change on checkin itself. Everything else is good.
