We were at the property to celebrate our 25th Anniversary and the staff at the property really went all out to take care of us. The time we checked in to the candle light dinner organised by the staff to the check out process was so smooth and the staff went all out to make us feel special. Thanks to all the staff, we really enjoyed the stay.

Stayed here 3 nights in Sept 2023. This is a gorgeous property with large grounds and overlooks the Pahalgam Holf course on one side and a forest/partial valley view on another. We were upgraded to a Jr. Suite room in the block above the restaurant. The room was spacious and the bathroom was large with a soak tub and separate shower cubicle. The food and service were great throughout the stay. The lobby area has a small stall that serves beverages and snacks that can be bought … and delicious Kashmiri Kahwa served here is complimentary & not to be missed. The entire team is extremely caring and friendly and act upon feedback. The restaurant serves good freshly cooked food - I tried some of the Kashmiri local food and the Rista and Nadru were very well prepared & delicious! Thanks to Mr. Randhawa the GM for organizing a high tea for my Mom and me, it was one of the highlights of our stay and the FOM Mr. Shavinder Singh for the room upgrade. I would definately recommend this resort if anyone is visiting Pahalgam…

Very good hotel with excellent service. The hotel is surrounded by Nature's beauty and has all the amenities to make the guests feel at home and comfortable. Special mention for all the staff who were very attentive, polite and efficient. Overall a fantastic experience.

This is my first review ever. My parents and I arrived here for a 2night stay. Mr. Shavinder Singh + Rafiq + Irshad were so attentive & caring. We were upgraded and Room was fab and brand new. Service & food was lovely!! It was my dad’s birthday and they went out of their way to decorate the room and gave us a cake and the staff was so loving!! One of the best stays ever. This property is so well maintained and it’s not a 4 star but a 5 star (they only don’t have a pool which we didn’t even want in this cold). Truly fab stay!!

A fantastic and peaceful place to stay and enjoy the beauty and divinity of Pahalgam. Would like to add that staff is really nice and humble right from the reception team , house keeping and support staff. Fantastic food. Excellent property. Terrific service. The staff’s quite prompt in their service. At the Radisson Pahalgam property for 2 days part of my Kashmir trip, celebrating our wedding anniversary. The property is very well located. I would like to acknowledge the food and beverage staff, led by Firdous. He and his team have tried their best to ensure customers are well-satisfied. I would also like to specially mention and thank the housekeepers Tariq and Irshad Dar, for beautifully arranging our room, making my wife and my anniversary celebrations super special and memorable for life.
