We stayed from 17th Feb to 19th Feb in a group. The hotel is located very conveniently and easily approachable. The highlight of the hotel is the excellent staff. They are very very efficient and very helpful to the customers. The food served is full of love and the quality is excellent. I will highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Pahalgam. My best wishes to the management.

Excellent stay in Pahalgam. The manager Manzoor was very helpful and understanding. The staff was also very polite and helping. The room was clean and centrally heated. The water supply was also great. Food was also good. Had a good time in the evening with bon- fire in the lawn.

This is a lovely and a very beautiful property fitted with all the modern amenities for a comfortable stay. Fitted with room and bed heaters which is a must if you are visiting here during dec jan. Rooms and bathroom are very nice. All the staff here is helpful and professional. Manager is very helpful, He will help in arranging the tour or cabs at fixed rate. Food is amazing. Do opt for breakfast and dinner as there is no other good eateries around. This property is close to pahalgam market. Though hotel is a 3 star but it feels like 4 star property.
