We were very upset when we visit this hotel, Simply they are making fools by saying this is 4 star hotel. Please do not visit this hotel, service and food is very bad, rooms are in very bad conditions. they are very rarely changes the mattress.

I am saying the real truth, i gone to this property with my family on nov 7th , from the time of checkin problem started, heater not working , very untidy facility , very bad smell, faculty is very old, rooms are not cleaned properly , batroom closets are like falling and shaking , kept tissue which used before a month , batroom tap water force is like .00001 ml per sec 3 hrs they wer n our room with plumber and electricians, spoiled our privacy, spoiled the trip mood, very small room , not safe at all , room door can opn with one kick Now about Food , u ll get a worst food , and foods are served like a market , very bad manners they are keeping but all staffs are really good, but on this facility what they have, they cant do much..the real bad we have to say is the owner of this property he feels that let people come and go , he dont want to care i really saying to all my friends , dont take this property for stay…

Hotel Lidder Resort is based on Lidder river.... Very good hotel with polite staff and good service...food is good.... Rooms are spacious... Lidder river flowing infront of d hotel is very soothing..... Wud definetly recommend others to visit here...

The location of the resort is at a picturesque location. You can sip your morning tea sitting at the window of the elegantly furnished rooms and listen to the softly flowing of the Lidder river. Since we visited in the odd month of February, the volume was less. Nevertheless, the stay was so comfortable. The staff their is very helpful and provided all our needs round the clock. The highlight was the owner, Rameez's, hospitability. He treated us like his personal guests, shared local insights about the beautiful town. It felt as if we were staying at a relative's place. He is the warmest host amongst all inns/hotels I have ever been to. The food variety is also quite diverse. From sandwiches to parathas, the food felt just like that of home. The city alongwith the people had a healing impact on all of us. It's a boon that it was away from the main city market because that is the purpose of staying at Pahalgam. It heals. Lidder Resort recommended as the best stay in Pahalgam. Kudos to the staff!…

We had 2 day stay at this wonderful location. But everything is not so wonderful. There is power, and internet issue. Staff gives there best to deliver even at odd hours. Approach road to resort is very bad. But the view and river side walking in evening covers all such negative issue. This place is far from Pahalgam city. If one wish to spend time in peace quiet mood, this place is recommended. Food was typical Kashmiri style and quite good. The staff is very hospitable and courteous.2 days they provided us sehari an iftar in ramadan. They need to improve upon carpets cleanliness and toilet accessories. Rest is good.

this hotel is about 10 kms before the pahalgham main market and centre. the rooms are good location is excellent over seeing lidder river. but the food and service was realy bad no power and hot water in the mornings they charge 500 rs for dinner which is just worth 200 bucks. if u still want to stay in this hotel try to have food elsewhere. for veg natus rasoi in main market is excellent.

During our family visit To Kashmir 29 Apr-05 May 2017, we had the opportunity to stay at Lidder resort during Pehalgam trip. The facilities were very good and warmth and hospitality shown by staff was excellent. I would like to especially mention Mr Ashiq Malik, the manager (mb 09596485055) for his very cordial and effective management on a 24 x 7 basis. The young man also happens to be a qualified Ski trainer at Gulmarg Ski range and his week long training services can be hired at a very reasonable rate. Quality of food was good and room service excellent with sufficient hot water and bed warming electronic blankets. I will certainly choose this resort in any of my future trip to Pehalgam.
