I booked this hotel in on 30th December 2019 for my friends from mumbai.the staff was so rude .and even hotel manager is more rude than his junior staff.they fought with customer just for 2 pieces of chicken.and rudely said you can't get more piece.and 8:00 Am everyone was sleeping from the hotel staff ..like they were on holidays and guests are on duty..very disappointed... Please don't book this hotel.waste of money..

Had always heard about the 'Kashmiri Mehmaan Nawazi' from friends and relatives who had been there. In May 2018, I and my family of 10 people had been to Kashmir with a very renowned travel company. After having a disappointing hospitality service at a Sonamarg hotel, we were least expecting what we'd always heard. But at Abshar, right from checking into the hotel to checking out, the staff made their every bit to make us feel comfortable and provide with the best they could. They made sure that we avail the free wifi service (unlike many other hotels that usually avoid sharing their free wifi password). The food was amazing and the food quality was excellent. They would consult us about what would we like to have for every meal and also made sure that we get to eat the authentic Kashmiri food like Kashmiri dum aloo, Raajma chawal, Phirni, and Kahwa. One of their staff, Mr. Noor Mohammed would personally serve us hot rotis and took care that everybody enjoys their meal. He would take care of my grandmother like his own and is very much in touch with her after the trip as well. They served us complimentary morning hot tea and coffee in our rooms, regardless of the time they would have to wake up to do it (It was the month of Ramzaan). Mr. Noor and his colleagues were very warm and would literally outdo themselves. We had the best stay in Kashmir at Pahalgam and I would recommend everybody to stay at this hotel and have a memorable time.…
