I booked this hotel in on 30th December 2019 for my friends from mumbai.the staff was so rude .and even hotel manager is more rude than his junior staff.they fought with customer just for 2 pieces of chicken.and rudely said you can't get more piece.and 8:00 Am everyone was sleeping from the hotel staff ..like they were on holidays and guests are on duty..very disappointed... Please don't book this hotel.waste of money..

He would take care of my grandmother like his own and is very much in touch with her after the trip as well. They served us complimentary morning hot tea and coffee in our rooms, regardless of the time they would have to wake up to do it (It was the month of Ramzaan). Mr. Noor and his colleagues were very warm and would literally outdo themselves. We had the best stay in Kashmir at Pahalgam and I would recommend everybody to stay at this hotel and have a memorable time.…
