Rooms are not even basic . No almirah..no hygiene..view is good but rooms are really in bad condition and even bathrooms are so bad. We have ordered morning tea and that too was so bad. Will not recommend anyone.

Location is the USP of this place. Hot water is available in the morning. It is near Pahalgam market, so lots of restaurants are available near by. They also do trekking activities if you are interested. The host Mr. Arif is a nice and humble person. Overall it is a nice stay. Room tip: Ask for river facing rooms (There are only 4 of them, 2 in each floor).

Rooms aren't luxurious but Arif Bhai will make up for it with his care and warmth. Amazing view of river ladder right from the window Great hospitality from Arif Bhai Good food which is homemade Would totally recommend it

After three years of closure we were extremely fortunate to stay for six days beside the cascading Lidder River with Imran and his warm generous family. Looking back through the reviews nothing has changed over that time as the whole family remains committed to ensuring guests have the best service possible. Also highly recommend dining beside the river with some beautiful home cooked meals that came beautifully presented.Loved talking to Imran’s father ,an experienced trecker, whose family is very highly regarded among the community.These people are wonderful ambassadors for Kashmir and we wish them good fortune for the future. A very memorable experience for us to be embraced by this caring family.

We were on a backpack travelling to Srinagar. Arif bhai was very helpful to assist in all necessary way he can even in the bad whether. He accumulates lot of knowledge about Pahalgam treks with his brother can help you in any trekking plan. We were short of time so couldn’t make any place. Eventually in future if required obviously I will contact him for any trekking plans in and around Pahalgam. The view from the room was super awesome with lidder river flowing near by

Arif and Mehraj bhai provided amazing hospitality when I stayed there for some exploration of the region. Loved the cosy vibe of the place in the winters by the slowly gushing river just a few steps away. Had an amazing stay with an awesome riverside view. Thanks Arif and Meharaj bhai. Epitome of hospitality. Placed strategically at a very convenient location in the town of Pahalgam away from the hustle and bustle of the town but within a stone's throw from the market. It is situated at a very picturesque location alongside the Lidder river, with a courtyard by the river facing the majestic Himalaya. The rooms are spacious but basic. No TV or wardrobe but large windows. Car can be parked few metres away from the building. The hosts, Arif, Imran and their family are the epitome of hospitality. They invited me to their home, and let me dine with them as a family. They are very very helpful and protective. Gems! They speak good English too. They are very friendly and caring. If you are not behind the luxury of a star hotel but in search of serenity and peace, this place would give you the best. Room rent was cheap, cannot comment about the price of food as I was asked to pay what I felt was right. They don't have geyser but they bring buckets of hot water and provide electric blankets too. This place is just beside the Lidder river, you can enjoy the view from the room all day without getting tired. Stayed 2 nights in last week of July'19 and I must say getting such location with this price is not something to miss. The owners and staffs are really friendly and helpful which will make your stay more enjoyable. Definitely recommended.

We hav stayed frm 15th to 19th July ,we were around 11 people.this resort is the best one with all the arrangemnts frm camping to bonfire view is wonderful entire staff is very helpfull,specially MrArif and Mr.Imran this two people hav gone out of the way to make our stay memorable. We strongly recommend to stay at this resort.
