We booked 2bedroom suite for 2nights for almost 40k with no wifi ,no tv,no room heaters.Worst part we had roti with paneer manchurian in dinner.Not at all recommended to anyone.Bathrooms are worst.Manager of hotel is very arrogant and non cooperative.
With a good expectation i with my famiy landed up in this hotel and got really disappointed. Main reason is the room. We were three and there was not any place to lay the third bed. We need to accommodate in that bed. But the main problem was the rooms were very random. Unclean linens & towels, worst toiletries, dust all over. Aged rooms. Needs renovation at the earliest, The lobby area was nicely maintained. Only silver lining was rhe restaurant, Mr. Muzzafar and his team are doing a decent job in F&B division. Good variety & good tasty food in the breakfast and dinner. Like a true host they take care of the customers while eating. The location of the hotel is very good but the management need to improve the rooms to a great extent. I will not recommend this hotel for staying if you need a clean and tidy room. But you may opt for having food in this hotel if you are staying nearby. I stayed there for two nights....just managed somehow. Even after my repeated request for turning on the room heater in the early morning they didn't turn it on.…
The property is very average but the prompt service that you get from staff is commendable. Don’t get confused by river view (it does not have a view) - lot of private houses and properties won’t let you get a view. Food is generally good. They don’t have lift so confirm the room beforehand so that there are not last minute surprises
The room was decent but wasnt clean at all when we checked in. The cupboards were full of dust. They heater wasnt working that great. The WiFi wasnt upto the mark. I wasnt able to load a normal instagram post leave alone talking over a VC with Family. The worst experience that i had to go through was talking with the reception staff. They had disconnected the phone on face without listening entirely and while checking out were very rude, pointing fingers at you and talking at a very loud voice. They arent flexible at all and worst was their tone of speaking. Moreover they dont have a GST certificate at their hotel and they charge GST on their billing amount and when asked for it they told its none of your problem and wont let your luggage out if the bill isnt paid with GST. Note : Please check the menu card before ordering because they charge a bomb. I wished my stay would have been better but sadly it wasnt and we could find better properties than this surely .…
Apart from food quality (as restaurant was always too yummy & too courteous) it is very hard for me to remember anything good in this property. Rooms are in poor shape as if no repair or maintenance is required ever. You are very unlucky if there is no electricity because they refuse to switch on the genset. If your thermal blanket is not working then they say we don't have extra. Moreover if you are talking to the staff apart from any reply they don't even turn their face toward you. Yesterday when snowfall begin in the night I talked to the staff that what if it would happened n the day,apart from replying they didn't see me face even.Much more unpleasant surprises are waiting for you if you going to this property. A gang of dacoits is also waiting for you on entry gate to loot you in the name of sightseeing taxi or anything else so collectively A big NO to this property as you want to have a feel to be in heaven not in hell.…
