Hermitage is a cosy and beautiful hotel in Pahalgam with picturesque mountains and amazing lidder river flowing by the side .. Experience is truly out of the world , and impeccable service from the staff … special mention to Irfan and the front office staff who were courteous and always ready to attend any needs . Buffet spread was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hermitage. It is also interesting that the pony ride from the hotel is through a reasonably good road ( except last mile ) as compared to the dangerous roads from the market .. all in all , out of the world experience

Very nice place, the food was v v good, the staff was extremely cordial and friendly which made the stay extremely comfortable. A special mention of Rashid, Umarfarooq and Junaid to make the stay a great one.

Over all good stay, food staff and location. We visited the place in first week of may. Beautiful location. Staff behaviour and service was excellent. Food was also equally good. Try to get back side room and not road side and on top floor to get good view

Had a visit to the Resturant as external guest for Dinner . Good ambience and was well served by the Banquet Manager Rashid . Great hospitality with smile and he went a extra mile to make us feel comfortable . The Hotel is also very Clean and has great ambience . I guess one of the best hotels of Pahalgam .

When you enter the premises it looks exactly as shown in the picture. It is a beautiful property. The rooms are neat, clean and well maintained. It is one of the few hotels that also provides heated blankets. The restaurant also serves nice food for both breakfast and dinner with a decent spread of vegetarian dishes. We had a delightful and memorable stay at Hermitage. Will definitely recommend to stay here when visiting Pahalgam.

Guys, this hotel is highly recommended. Awesome view, food, staff an ambience. Value for money. The staff is very polite and helpful. Food is very tasty. Room are well equipped with all amenities. Good music is played in reception area and the restaurant.

Very poor service, worst experience of my lifetime- rooms are very small - photography & website very well done hence successful at misleading tourist.I booked a room with balcony was not allotted one after repeated requests room was changed next day.Food was disappointing & not served as per timings mentioned.Infact when asked the waiter conveniently struck off the start time printed & pasted on the wall. Not sure on what basis the hotel got its star rating + seems self declared ! Its not more than a 3 star property. Our room's wooden floor had nails popping out & washroom was not even 10x10 feet.Cramped up balcony unlike what the website reflects. Reception staff is quite insensitive as well.

We had our 2 nights stay in hotel Hermitage. It was an splendid experience. The ambience of the hotel was too good with a superb view of the rooms. The cherry on the cake was balcony in a room. The rooms were neat and clean, also well maintained with centralised heaters. They have very nice spread of food. The best part was they do take care of each and every guests individually. Special Thanks to Mr. Rashid. Senior Captain of the dining area. He is very soft spoken and always on his toes to provide the services in the best possible manner. Overall it was pleasant stay and it deserve 5 star with no doubt.

Got good reviews about this hotel and my travel agent was also confident for booking this hotel for 6 of us. Location: Excellent location in Pahalgham. Rooms: All rooms are neat and clean with Heater and electric Blanket and also they have tower Fan in every room. Prefer River View Rooms Experience: Best Food, excellent location of hotel, and amazing Sheesha. Food : They have amazing spread. Location: Hotel is River Touched so you can have your snacks and enjoy the sunset near River having Sheesha. Need to mention names of the person who created our best memories in Pahalgham while staying in Hermitage. Mr. YUNUS - for Bookings Mr. Rashid - for Food Mr. Irfan - for serving amazing Sheesha.
