I had stay in the property with my family in month of March. It was a very warm welcome by the property manager Mr Shakir and staff. There are big windows in the room which gives an amazing view to hills and river. The food was delicious and menu was customized by Mr Shakir on special request. He also arranged the campfire for kids which they enjoyed completely. Over all it was a very comfortable and joyful stay :)

Its a good property with good location if you have your own vehicle. It is a bit far from market. The net service on wifi is very inconsistent and we hardly got it. The meal/breakfast order needs to be given in advance. Except this, it is a good place. I would like to revisit it if I get it again at same price range.

We stayed there as a family Group in April. This is situated right next to a golf course & has 360 degree views. More like a homely stay with limited staff at your help. Food is homely. Would recommend to groups as there is lots of space to sit out & enjoy nature.

The most beautiful location in Pahalgam to stay. Our family of four including two kids of seven and eight had the am absolutely wonderful time staying at the new rooms of Hotel Mansion. Rooms overlooking river Lidder are spacious and comfortable with clean bathrooms that are newly renovated; ingreen lawns surrounding the hotel building are inviting, equally for the elders as for the kids to have a great time basing in the sun or playing on the greens. Ample places to visit on a day trip from the hotel makes even a week's stay too less to experience the virgin beauty that is around Pahalgam. Advice anyone planning a Kashmir trip: keep maximum days for Pahalgam. Book Hotel Mansion for an awesome stay.

Excellent location, away from the madding tourist crowds, still right next to the action at the Mall Road. Newly renovated rooms have an amazing view of the Lidder river and one can hear the sweet sound of gushing water all the time. Bathrooms have been with newly done up with all the bells and whistles. Serene surroundings and sprawling lawns invite you to spend the entire day basking in the sunshine. Tip: Get in touch with the owner Mr. Imran Ganai to get advice on the best way to plan your itinerary. Note: There isn't a 'running kitchen' at the hotel/resort. Best to have lunch and dinner at Nandoos, Sagar Ratna or Welcome restaurant all of which are 5 mins away at the Mall Road.

The property is located just 2 kms from the busy and noisy Pahalgam market. Has the river Lidder flowing on one side the rumble of which interspersed with the birds tweeting their ode to nature is sweet background music. :) Ideal place to sit back, relax, read a few books, declutter your mind and maybe even write something if you're into it. The mansion was the summer home of this very sweet family that still runs the place and is around to engage you into a conversations around it's history. The staff was courteous and well behaved. Would recommend driving down to the market for meals. It hardly takes 10 mins. Has the golf course next door as well. Definitely coming back for a longer stay.

We stayed here as a family and booked 2 bedroom cottage and a separate room in the main building. This is an ideal place to relax if you like space and tranquility around you. Staff is helpful and food is homely. Recommend this place. They can improve on the quality of extra beds for kids, as they should be more comfortable. There is no bar though as listed in the facilities on trip advisor.
