I was here with my family and we all are very disappointed with or food and cleanliness... They serve worst food and rooms are also not clean... When we complaint for the food to the waiter he told "owner ko ja k bolo main kuch nahi kar sakta" bedsheet on the bed was also not clean their was stains and hair on the bedsheet... Food for kids is also not available even if we pay extra for the same..... Very disappointed will never recommend to any one... Please dont visit if you have kids with you...

The Moon view resort was a beautiful hotel in the lap of pahalgam, srinagar. The hotel is can be graded as a 2 to 3star ,serves basic veg and non veg home made style food . Staff are quite friendly and help you in all aspects. Would surely recommend . Charges were approx 2500 per night in the month of jan end.

Once we arrived the resort, no single person came out and help us with luggage 🧳 Upon check in they even not curious to talk to us, its just pass by check in Staff has a no care attitude, its run by some youngsters that not fully concerned about guest, one of the lady fighting with then as she has some concern that something broken in the room On my personal experience out table glass broken, bed not clean I found lots of hair in the bed, towel has stained and the most hilarious part electricity failure each 30 min even we can’t watch anything wifi also going with electricity. I have 2 star because one of the waiter served us nicely and behavior was good, management need to look after on this service issue. We were on a budget trip, so we choose this place its ok if u need less fair hotel but would u like to sleep on dirty bed ????? They have only 4 rooms front view so may be u don’t get those upon arrival. Keep in mind its 15 km far from pahalgam, nothing to do in evening, only river rafting near by I hope management will take it seriously.…

We dont have any electricity issues at our hotel We have 24 hrs power backup You can check it anytime The guest is saying bed was not clean We show rooms to guests and if there is any problem we change the room This review is biased Hotel is run by a renowned and experienced manager Kindly remove this review

While trip to kashmir me and my friend stayed here for 1 night but we had very bad experience. From starting no one came to pickup the language and it made first impression a bad impression. About facilitiy there was no power back up in the room as in every 10 minutes we had to wait for another 20 minutes time for electricity to back. However the service from room service guy was very great he knows exactly what is hospitality and we had good dinner with good food quality and service. Overall we did not enjoy our stay there and left the property with very bad experience.

This resort is located in a beautiful location. The front view has flowing stream, beautiful mountains. We had booked the hotel for three families but when we reached there, they have one room In the ground floor and two sharing rooms, we wanted three separate rooms so we refused to stay. We had made the booking in March 2018 and had called the concerned person before we left Mumbai about our arrival but still they did not give three different rooms, we called the tour manager and then asked them to give us other hotel. Upon which they gave us the next property Lidder resort. It was a good hotel and we decided to stay there.

Stayed for two days and had booked two rooms. Though it is bit outside of the town but the location is a total turn on. It is on the bank of lidder river and the lawn gives one a pleasure feeling while the staff is warm and welcoming.

We visited pahalgam last month with family group of 14+6 Children and stayed in Hotel Moon View Resort at Rafting Point.we liked the Hotel much and Nice Staff we stayed for 2 Nights .They allow us to cook in Kitchen which we really Appreciated.we all enjoyed a lot and we recemond everyone This hotel.
