The whole experience from this hotel will be one of our memorable one. Thank you! 😘😘😘 And planning on going back the soonest! Hotel staffs are very accommodating and gave us some tips on how to spend our stay in the hotel very interesting and unforgettable.

And also just a piece of advice to the future guests of any hotel, when your going to use the rooms see to it that all the furnitures you or your friends move and disarrange please put it all back properly where it was designated. And take off all the decorations and put in all in the trash bag that you can ask for the guest service just to lessen the mess you will be leaving later after checking out. Room attendant is very a tiring and stressful job.

Thank you and hoping for another set of memories! 😘

I am a huge fan of this hotel since 2019, Because I find it very cozy, relaxed and the hotel facilities had a touch of kinda styled vintage thats what I liked the most, the Reception and scent of the lobby was relaxing. upon enter in lobby staff will welcome you and greet you warmly. Fast forward, Me and my husband planned that our wedding to be held in this hotel. We found out that the hotel also have this package that if you booked a room you have a 3 hrs free access in every corner in fisherman’s wharf and in the Racks Hotel for photoshoot, and thats
perfect! we had our photoshoot there. and it is a perfect location for our vintage themed. We choose Seasons Hot Pot as our wedding venue it was
located at 1st Floor of the Hotel.
So we booked 2 Suites, one served to be the Bridal Room and the other suite would be my gift to one of
our sponsors. We stayed at 406, same room during my photoshoot day, facing sea view. the room was very nice, clean and spacious. Thank you very much
to the following staff, Jeffrey from front desk who constantly checking us if how’s our stay, how was the room he is a big help in my entire event. second
is Layla front desk also. She politely explained to me everything very well. Another was Tony wearing black coat, for assisting me for extending my stay.
lastly, Exor he assisted me when checking out, He let the room to be check first but it takes only last than a minute so we dont need to wait that long.
My only concern is during the wedding, i was really disappointed to the sound system. really really disappinted. it should not happen that if it has been
check early before the wedding. no staff stand by during reception. me as a bride I have no water while eating. but its okay!.I expect the service will go
smoothly and it went well except the sound system. I am writing this not to brag or any, but for you to be aware what happened there so it will not occur next
time. Love this Hotel and We will definitely come back.

Magical stay, this is my 2nd time here and it is more better. They placed us on the same room where we stayed last august and it is far mkre better this time as there is Christmas decorations outside and it feels magical if you stay there to chill and have a good tea during night time.
Service is as excellent as ever. And kudos to those people who attended us amd help my friends birthday become mkre awesome. Belle from the front desk is so nice and even offer us a late checkout when she knew that it was our friends birthday "my mistake for not putting it kn the booking. Haha"
Felipe and john who attendes to our needs, i feel they got annoyed as they have to kwep coming back and forth to our room as we have some request and keeps calling HSKP.
Will definitely comeback again to stay in this wonderful property.

Stayed in Harbourview Hotel for 3 nights of family holiday.
It was a stay of mixed experience.

As a start, the location is nearby the HZMB Bridge entry point as well as Macao Ferry Terminal.
So it was easy getting from HK to the hotel and vice versa.
As it is in the more quiet area of Macao, far from the crowd of tourists and gamblers, it is easy to get some rest and catching a taxi without long (or any) queue.
The downside, that also means you do need a taxi getting to other more interesting part of Macao.

The hotel is adjacent to the Fisherman's Wharf, supposed to be a dining/shopping area (like Clarke Quay).
Unfortunately it doesn't have supermarket of convenient store for getting some supplies.

The lobby is spacious, but unfortunately with very little seating available.
As the hotel seems to cater more for serious business, it's not the most ideal for family travelling with small children as we got that disapproval look when my children made some loud noise (laughing and bit of screaming).

The concierge can be helpful at times (we had great help during the last 2 days) but they can also be complete ignorant (as in our first 2 days), a change in crew shifts perhaps?

The room is quite beautiful but not the most functional as bulky/ornamented furnishing leaves little space for luggage etc.
The branded bathroom amenities (l'Occitane) is wonderful touch, but again, bathtub was bulky, not enough counter space, and not the tightest shower partition.

Breakfast was adequate, nothing special but do fulfill its purpose to start your day.

Overall, if you need a place to stay in the area as individual or perhaps as a couple, Harbourview Hotel Macau may be a good option.
But if you're travelling in family group and planning to explore more of Cotai, Taipa, etc., there are probably some other more ideal hotel.

We chose to book in this hotel because of MADELEINE. She gave us a great offer for Meeting Room as we needed it for our event. Not only that she gave us a great offer, she and FERNAN was highly accommodating and amazingly friendly. They treated you as a very valuable guest. Whatever needs we had before, during and after the event, they were there to help and guide us especially on our needs and requests. This hotel must be very proud to have these 2 leaders and their colleagues in Praha Restaurant.

Yet, we were a bit disappointed concerning the rooms.

As we checked in 2 times 1bd suite, we arrived 4pm and still we needed to wait for one of the rooms after an hour. We weren’t offered an upsell for breakfast, we found it out ourselves and went back to them to request for it.

Then, we booked 18 more rooms the next day and same scenario but worse because some of the rooms were given 7:30pm. Our participants found it disappointing as some of them have kids that supposedly be in the room with nannies but ended up in the meeting room with the sessions because they were no rooms yet.

Even after these, we still have to request intensely for a late check out for 3 rooms and were given only until 2pm instead of 12.

I don’t know where the glitches were from but it was upsetting expecting that this Hotel somehow should be amazing based on our friends’ experiences. You may say that we had some requests but those requests were emailed to you as well. So you must have prepared it earlier knowing that we also used your meeting room. I hope you would treat your guests better and valuable and not treat them as just one of the numbers of guests.

As we checked out, we were helped and assisted well by Jeffrey.

I don’t know your protocols but I think you should have somewhat understanding and proactive approach to your guests who experienced badly with your services especially on handling the check in and out of guests.

Overall, we had a great experience with the event through Madeleine and Fernan and the rest of the members of Praha Restaurant. From our dinner to 2 days of breakfast. We were treated so well. Seems like they didn’t have enough staff and yet they managed the guests so well. Thank you guys!

Great job! And great team for events and restaurant! (Should have been 5 star though)

It was a relaxing stay with harbourview with my friends. Jeff from front desk was so patient and kind to assist my check in and jeffrey was very kind to answer all my question through the phone about breakfast and other things at night. The guy who was doing afternoon shift at the gym last sept 10, was very kind and warm to welcome us, i'm sorry i didn't get his name. We ordered In room dining, im not sure about the standard they have, but the lady who sent us the food seems in a hurry, no greetings? Sure, I opened the door already but still No 'May I come In?'" no salt and pepper? is it by request? I dont want to trouble her again to come back because she seems so busy. The wanton noodle my friend ordered tastes bland. We request wine glass as well, we ordered food and request together so they can be sent together, and not waste time. But the wine glass took longer and we had to call again to remind them. But the fruit plate looks and taste good!

At breakfast Ikka was friendly and nice to inform us about the last order time and kindly assist us to our table. The set up of the buffet was really nice and cosy, foods are also good. Chefs are nice and welcoming. Was only sad about the coffee, because it was not hot anymore. I understand it's already 10AM but we still have 30mins?

The last order was funny because two guys informed us, we were laughing and joking about them making us leave already. I think the girl named Sandy heard us and rudely remind us again about the last order call and told us off that they're just informing us. I thought I was the only one who heard the rudeness at her voice but my friends heard it too.

All in all we got informed about the last order 4x. and okay we get it. 👌

Booked a 2 room suite for xmas eve and xmas day with the whole family. Nice view overlooking the fisherman's wharf and the bridge 👍 We had fun! The room was cozy 👍 The only problem that we encounter is that when we were preparing for the celebration, a housekeeping (lady) and a maintenance guy started to barge in with a ladder and a light bulb, while we are already inside, we were all puzzled with what they are up to, they just came inside (they probably have to change a light coz the maintenance guy was holding a box of bulbs) we did not notice any busted lights at all, we ask them if they got the correct room but they did not understand us, they keep on walking inside our room and leave without apologizing for the inconvinience caused. 🤦‍♀️ Next time, don't interupt guests coz that's invasion of privacy. And if you want to change busted lights, do it if the room is NOT OCCUPIED 👍

I don't think there are smoking rooms at HVH; but at the 5th or 6th floors are the smoking area. During our stay there, we just go down to the ground floor where we can smoke. HVH is such a fabulous hotel.
