A quiet hotel but its location is inconvenient at all, nice rooms but the service is not friendly and attentive which is quite common in macau.it is hard to see hotel staff smiling and greeting here, the service quality overall is very low, the concept of five star service to be educated, hope it'll improve.

Welcoming fruits have been cancelled and at least one bottled water was consumed before we arrived the room. But no alternative service offered. Fissure could be seen at the wall, but not disharmonious with the environment especially the vintage furnitures. We had 2 balconies in the suite. The one facing the sunshine was too for all of us having chairs...

Arrived at the reception at almost 750pm with only 1 person at the counter serving a couple in front of me. We waited for almost 10mins before we were served. Having checked their system the very unfriendly receptionist told us that the room are not ready....... so she dragged on our registrations and managed to give us 2 rooms out...

We have loved staying at this hotel. Glorious architecture, the rooms and bathrooms are fabulous. Quality at its best. Colonial with a stunning view over the bridge and harbour. We booked it at the ferry terminal in Hongkong at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend it.

Went there for a weekend getaway for my husband's birthday. Small colonial style hotel, nice decor. Not attached to a casino (though one within walking distance), with a view of the ocean and the bridge. Not much to eat or see around this area, but romantic enough to spend a quiet night in. Staffs are friendly, expect 3-4 stars rating...

The advantage of this hotel is its harbor view. Otherwise, there was nothing particular. In the evening I stayed, I asked the front desk to arrange a taxi. After waiting for around 10 minutes, he asked me to go outside to catch a cab due to difficulty for them to call a cab!? I therefore deemed their service above par....

The Rocks hotel is situated at the very south east of Macau island close to the Fishermans Wharf area and the Science Museum. It is a lovely colonial style building with tastefully decorated interior. The staff is well trained and speaks English. The hotel has free wifi everywhere. All rooms have a view of either the Ferry Terminal or the...

Otherwise you may have the beakfast in the downtown. Cons: - Free...

Hotel is located in Fisherman Wharf, which is very convenient location to stay in Macau. Stylish rooms (build to resemble Victorian style), balcony with view on the ocean, different food selection for breakfast and English speaking personal. The latest should not be mentioned, if not lack of English speaking personnel in some other places we have visited - Macau is...
