Very helpful staffs the minute the taxi reached the hotel. Put all my bags onto a trolley while waiting for me to check in. Brings out umbrella for me when I wanted to step out on a raining day. Room is big and clean, got free upgrade to Deluxe room. Wide variety of breakfast provided and the wifi works great....

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Getting there from the ferry terminal was easy due to the shuttle bus that runs every 30 minutes. When we arrived we felt very welcomed and were even provided a free upgrade to a superior room, which was a lovely surprise. The room was very spacious and extremely comfortable....

Excellent hotel for the price i paid for. Very clean room, nice deco, new furniture, very good location. The breakfast was not that of large variety, but still ok. I will stay again in this hotel if the price is still in affordable range.

Stayed in hotel within the time period between the last week of February 2017 and the first week of March 2017. Location of the hotel is good as there are nearby bus-stops with bus services to Coloane and Taipa and within Macau Peninsula, so it is ideal for those who want to explore Macau with local transport. There are convenient...

This hotel situated around 10-15 minutes walk from the busy street (St Paul, Senoko Sq etc), and because of the road is narrow and dark at night, so we have to take a cab or bus to go back hotel every night. If we known that earlier, we would have chosen Lisboa or Sands Hotel, which are nearer to central...

Good location for sightseeing if you are not looking for a casino. Provide transportation to/from the HongKong - Macau ferry station. (It's not very easy to find the shuttle bus though so you better contact the hotel before arrival.) Hotel staffs are very nice. Provide a free cell phone with 4G for guests to explore the city. I never took...

We were delighted to be greeted by the friendly staff throughout our stay. The hotel shuttle to Macau Ferry Terminal provided much convenience and handy smartphone facilitated our free-and-easy tour around the attractions. The rooms were spacious and very clean. We wouldn't mind staying there again.

I must admit that I was quite pissed off with Royal before I arrived because they waited three days to answer my email requesting a change in reservation. Finally, however, I got there only to discover a full service, classic style hotel from the 60's, somehow reminiscent of the Lisbon Ritz architecture. The room was ample, confortable and clean, breakfast...

All are good services and view, free connected internet smartphone, no shuttle bus to the airport and don't think it's 5 stars and you won't get any surprise for your birthday like other 5 stars hotels
