If you are looking for affordable hotel this is good choice..But location is a bit far , its not accessible. Rooms are big and clean, but the toilet is small.. staff are nice especially in room dining service staff.
The hotel was old and clean. Our room is huge and we love it. Their staff was amazing at that time we even check in right away they did not ask for my booking reservation the staff looked just my passport and ask how many people will stay since we book a family room, also when we did our check out we just wait for a couple of minutes and were good to go.The scenery was spectacular at night and in the morning. Maybe we'll comeback next time we did enjoy our stay. Thank you.
The room itself is quite small but still quite well maintained. We had a good time as well as nighty sleep too. The genuine credit goes to the housekeeping staff who provide excellent service for us during our stay. Everything was exceptional in my stay. Very good manner with smiles all the way. AWESOME! FANTASTIC!! HAPPY!!! See you Soon again
This hotel had the audacity to barge in our rooms and check our bathrooms for people head count. And demanded we leave the premises at 10 for over populating the room. We booked a HOTEL CONNECTING ROOM and were forced to book another CONNECTING ROOM. (Some of our friends didn’t even sleep over they just came to eat) Patronizing us because we were filipinos (we are residents) and continued to bully us when we came back from a walk. RUDE HOSPITALITY WORST HOTEL save yourself your moneys and go somewhere else!!!!
Due to insufficient English speaking ability, it was not communicated clearly that breakfast buffet tickets need to be purchased the night before to get the discounted rates. As if not bad enough, we went in at 8.45am for a buffet that is due to close at 10.30am to find the following as per the photos. All spring rolls gone, no scrambled eggs, wedges almost empty and bits of bacon soaking in oil. Unacceptable.
Upon checking in they couldn’t find our reservation. I saw it in a stack of papers and they wouldn’t look. Got our rooms, WiFi doesn’t work, and nobody could tell us where parking was (it’s free but they didn’t know this until someone in management came down). Breakfast didn’t start till 730 so couldn’t eat as we had a meeting to get to. Before we left we saw a huge rat run across the breakfast area as well. Do. Not. Stay. Here!
This is an old hotel which was refurbished a few years ago. Despite the effort, the hotel is already showing signs of wear and tear, e.g. the paint on the edges of chairs and tables is wearing off. The room itself was of average size, but it offered an impeccable view of the Macau Tower and the Sai Van Lake. Basic amenities were available, just like other typical Macau hotels. While the hotel is located up a hill, there is a free shuttle from the ferry terminal. It does not come too frequently unfortunately. In a city like Macau which is full of overpriced hotels, at least this hotel was more affordable. The quality is therefore also just mediocre.
Booked this room weeks ago since weekend cost over 1k website states 4.5 star, upon arrival check in is efficient n staff are friendly except staff at the entrance, room is spacious but interior is outdated though the view is fabulous at night, since the location not much cafe or 711 around, has booked breakfast went to the hotel cafe Amigo for breakfast next morning staff collect breakfast coupon and ask me to go inside not even lead me to the table! what a 4.5 star hotel
this hotel provided our family what we are needing in a hotel. with friendly and readily available assistance from their staff upon check in and check out. the food in the amigo is delicious. the twin beds are spacious for the 2 couples with kids. more than as what is expected. a two thumbs up.
