The hotel room is very large, with a wide selection of pillows, and it is very considerate of the guests. The room was cleaned in a timely manner, and the clothes were folded for us... We were given a crib, baby toiletries and a small tent, which the baby liked very much. At first, we couldn't go out because of the typhoon. Fortunately, Galaxy is big enough to walk around and kill time. Later, the baby was a little unwell, and the hotel manager measured our body temperature, gave us more water, and took the initiative to help us delay check-out, and arranged a car to take us to Macau 😭 The service was very thoughtful, everyone greeted us with a smile, and took the initiative to ask if there was anything we needed help with. Next time I come to Macau, I will definitely stay at Galaxy!

The staff at Galaxy Hotel Macau were absolutely fabulous. From the moment we arrived outside the Galaxy Resort we were looked after completely by Jason. The check-in area is warm and vibrant and Elle who attended to us is so lovely, highly courteous and professional. Everybody made us feel so welcome and helped us perfectly with enquiries and restaurant bookings.
Our room was immaculate and had a beautiful view. Housekeeping was the most amazing we have come across. Every little detail was noticed. For example, a pretty bookmark was left for our book and our phone cables were smartly coiled and gently secured with Galaxy ties. An excellent evening turndown service is also a part of the great stay.
Room service breakfast was outstanding, attentively and meticulously set by the staff who brought it. Their dining establishment, the Café de Paris, Monte Carlo is superb. Having visited before in 2019, we had planned this holiday around returning there for lunch and enjoyed it even more this time. Jarecca looked after us superbly.

Everyone was so kind. During check-in, a staff member named kathy spoke simple Korean and gave me a friendly feeling. Praise!!! There was a long line at check-in, but we didn't have to wait too long. The service to Korean people is really good. Welcome Food also has Korean snacks! I also remembered the guidebook in Korean (in the room). What can I say about the condition? I see that the toothbrush is made of wood and praise it again.

Honestly i couldnt live with myself if i didnt write a review or send a msg to the hotel management. Visited the galaxy resort pool region today and I have to commend Esther (didnt get her last name but she was at the counters outside the pool changing room) for her ability to spot out a mother who needs helps with a toddler in the changing room. My son was being cranky and she came over to figure out his diaper was causing issues under the wet suit, she helped me adjust it seeing hands and arms were full. She was able to get my stranger adverse 2 year old toddler to like her by chatting to him, high fiving and holding his hand to even leading him to the rubbish bin and letting him throw away his own rubbish. Her patience knows no bounds and was such a kid person. Then when we finish she saw I was hectic with having to change and shower a toddler on my own - she led us to the end shower where she said i can have more privacy and time. She even helped me drop off two clean dry towels for us. My son kept talking about this “Auntie” straight through dinner. Galaxy you are lucky to have such a staff that goes over and beyond for your guests. I honestly didn’t expect it and Honestly she is the reason I would go back again. The thoughtfulness and attentiveness to a woman with a child. Family friendly pool my son loved the waves and the floaters and life jacket were readily available . Next time we hope to come again and order pizza by the pool.

This time I was traveling with my children. I sent an email to the hotel in advance and received very considerate service from the moment I arrived. Drawing paper and brushes were given when I checked in. There was also a small tent and children's toiletries prepared in advance in the room. The water park is very large and can be entered even after checking out on the same day. The three-year-old child had a lot of fun. Because we still needed to walk around the hotel after checking out, the guest took the initiative to help us store our luggage. The service attitude and quality of Galaxy are great, which is reflected in the details that are thoughtful of many guests. The children were reluctant to leave, and I will choose Galaxy Hotel again for the next family trip.

The check-in process was extremely smooth.The room is spacious and luxurious.
To built the infrastructure and facilities are easy, but not the group of professional team. During the stay, the bultlers have not only fullfilled all the special request ( reasonable request), but also in very detail. This is something very special about this hotel! They really provide very detail service, which i appreciate very much, from bulter to housekeeping , e.g. checking the customer preferance. Everything is just perfect!
I would say this is one of the best hotels in Macau! The professional service is definately the benchmark in this industry. Last but not least , special thanks to Cleo, Crystal, Rocky and Karry!!!

Today is Friday, I remembered going to Macau Galaxy. When I entered the hotel, the receptionist Angel and Gail came forward and greeted us with a friendly smile. The whole process was handled very professionally, caring for children and the elderly. Water was provided to us while we were waiting. The hotel was clean. It was clean. Fruits were prepared for us as soon as we entered the room. The hotel also had gifts for the children. The children were very happy. The swimming pool is the best choice to cool off. The swimming pool is vast and can be played for at least one day. If you can't sleep at night, there is an automatic door at the door. The vending machine provides late night snacks and the location is very convenient. I will stay at this hotel next time. 👍👍👍👍👍👍

it was my first stay at the Galaxy Macau hotel and we regret not staying long enough! My family and I were acknowledged once we set foot in the lobby and were immediately greeted and escorted to a check in counter. The lady at check in smoothly settled us in with a nice room and made clear introduction to us as it was my first stay.
The very first surprise came at this moment, few of the staffs led by their manager greeted me and sang a birthday song to me (my birthday is close to Easter). This act costs nothing but it meant so much to me as a guest! A huge shout out to the staffs unfortunately I didn't get to recall everyone's name. we were then escorted to our room while Bell staff was kn the way to deliver my luggage. we were very grateful to be offered an upgrade to a suite, it is well maintained and a series of welcome amenities were all placed in the suite to give us the second surprise! it was all the little things the hotel did that made me feel they were anticipating our stay. At the corridor we ran into a few housekeepers and they were all expressing a welcoming smile to us and proactively greeted us.
The suite at this hotel may not be the largest in town but the bath tub and shower cubicle are definitely one of the bestest in town! The square shape jacuzzi tub offered us a perfect evening soaking in a bubble bath watching TV for a fun filled bonding time with our boys. Water pressure is comfortably strong in the shower cubicle too, not to mention the high quality Hermes shower amenities in the room, these are one of a kind in town. Summer is here and we look forward to another family stay at the Galaxy Macau to enjoy their signature Asian Heart service. Thank you Galaxy Macau hotel for a wonderful experience!

It was my first time in Macau. When I booked a hotel, I chose the Galaxy Hotel, which ranks first among Macau's parent-child hotels and has the Tianlang Taoyuan, for the convenience of taking my baby out. It takes an hour to take a boat from Shenzhen Shekou to Taipa Pier, and then take a fortune car directly to the hotel, which takes about 10 minutes by car. It is very convenient. The hotel is very large, the environment is very good, and it is very comfortable. It is very friendly to families with children. Jim received us at the front desk. He carefully confirmed the baby products we needed, prepared a crib and a fence, and thoughtfully arranged a late check-out. He patiently introduced the hotel and the surrounding routes, and gave us several bottles of drinking water. One day is too short, and it is not enough to take the baby to visit. Next time I come, I will choose to stay at the Galaxy~
