Grand Hyatt Macau is a very ideal location to stay. It is well connected and within walking distance to City of Dreams, MGM, Wynn Palace, The Londoner, Venetian, Parisian and Studio City Hotels. They are either linked by a pedestrian bridge or across the road.

The room is very spacious, and I particularly like the Dressing and Shower areas. It is very well designed creating a very warm and cozy environment. The water pressure from the Rain Shower is very good with sufficient toiletries (amenities) available. The lighting within the room is very soothing with a romantic feeling. The bed is comfortable and well placed with a long sofa next to the window. Overall, the room is very well designed for a relaxing stay and more importantly, it is well kept and very clean.

The checking in and checking out process was efficiently done without much delay. The reception and attendants (concierge and housekeeping staff) were very polite and helpful.

There are also free shuttle buses from the hotel to other nearby hotels or across the Macau Bridge to the Cotai area, including to the Ferry Terminal and Airport. In summary, I truly enjoyed the stay at the Grand Hyatt Macau which incidentally was to celebrate my daughter's birthday.

Leaving a review as a globalist.

During our stay, we encountered a situation where we forgot to bring extra wipes for our child. And the staff there went above and beyond by not only promptly addressing our need but also personally bringing wipes from her own home to ensure our comfort. Additionally, she provided us with boxes of wipes from her own home the following day. This level of attentiveness and genuine care was truly surprising and made a significant impact on our experience.
Having stayed at various Park Hyatts and Grand Hyatts around the world, including Zurich, Milan, Tokyo, Kauai and San Francisco, I have always enjoyed excellent service. However, my experience at Grand Hyatt Macau surpassed all expectations, making me feel like a true VIP. I am genuinely glad I decided to choose Grand Hyatt Macau over the Andaz for this trip. Even though I was globalist at other Hyatt properties, I still had to tell the staff my room number to get into the lounge and other facilities so I was shocked when all the staff at this property knows my name / face and I didn’t have to tell my room number to go into the lounge or mezza9 for breakfast.
They also serve the best breakfast and dinner buffets I’ve had at all the Hyatt properties including park Hyatts. Way more selection of drinks, made to order food and well staffed to take your orders. Most Hyatts lounge or the restaurant for breakfast I’ve been to feel like they’re always understaffed

Explore Luxury | The Perfect Experience at The Royal Macau |

For the first time at Grand Hyatt Macau, it was fascinated by its luxurious atmosphere. From the reception to the accommodation, each moment is filled with detail and care, so that one can not help to leave a deep impression for this honor and care.

Painted Guest House Check-in
Thanks to the hospitality of Chen Ken Chen, the director of reception, we completed the check-in procedure at the guest house, looking out to the magnificent view from the window, and relaxed in an instant, feeling the elegance and grace of this hotel.

//Luxury animated fountain view suite//Taste of detail
We stayed in a luxury suite with a view of the animated fountain. The atmosphere and delicate interior design showcase the perfect combination of luxury and comfort. A spacious living room and comfortable bedroom sections allow you to feel at home on the go. Especially the spectacular views of the fountain outside the window, both during the day and at night.

Careful handling of night typhoons
Although the heavy rain caused by the typhoon that night caused some inconvenience, it is worth mentioning the quick response of the service manager Mr. Alvin. His professionalism and care made us feel the hotel's top level of service, even in the event of an emergency, to ensure the comfort and tranquility of each guest.

Not only accommodation, but a memory
With its excellent location and sophisticated facilities, Monkey Macau offers an unforgettable stay for every guest. Our first visit left unlimited memories.
Thank you to every dedicated staff who made this journey so special!
We will come again!

Vincent (Front Desk)
Quentin (Front Desk)
I had a faulty credit card issue while checking in, and the lady reception was unable to help me at all. I had to resort to exchanging cash with strangers and other hotel guests but to no avail and almost got tricked. I was tired, helpless, and left stranded for almost a long 40 minutes. Though busy and crowded, when Vincent and Quentin saw me, they were very empathetical and calming me throughout my ordeal. Meanwhile, they were quick to assist, assured me they could help, and they solved all my issues within a few minutes. They were extremely professional, experienced, and courteous. Their sincerity is also a rare attribute in the hospitality sectors nowadays.

Sammy Chan (Head of concierge)
Adrian (Concierge)
Sammy and Adrian always remembered my name throughout my stay. They would greet me each time we met in the lobby. They assured me to reach out to them if I ever needed anything. Their services were immaculate, always ready to assist, delivered my parcels accurately, and also rendered me clear directions, suggestions, and advice on where to go whenever I asked. I feel very taken care of by the warm concierge team.

I have all the praises for them, and I hope your management will see my review.

The hotel is right next to the light rail station and connected by an overpass. The lobby also connects to City of Dreams, where there are shops and restaurants. Opposite is the Venetian, and next to it are hotels such as St. Regis and The Londoner. It's only a few minutes' walk away.

I am a member and I redeemed my points for a room this time, but the hotel also upgraded the room to a suite, and you can check out at 2pm. Fruits are also provided in the room (all member discounts). The staff was very polite and arranged for the manager on duty to entertain us. The room was large and comfortable, with a living room and dining room, so I chose the room service the next morning and had brunch in the dining room. The signature lobster buns are very delicious. The waiter delivers the food in the warming cabinet, and the French fries and bread are still hot. The room may not be as big as other nearby hotels, but it is big enough for ordinary tourists. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is a top Cotai hotel which, thought not cheap of course, is competitively priced compared to its higher profile neighbours. The hotel lobby is wonderfully designed and is right next to a upscale mall and walking distance to most of the major casinos. The deluxe room was indeed luxurious - relatively large, tastefully decorated with his and her basins and a lovely shower/bathe area. There is a large (I believe Olympic-sized) pool and a big gym. Breakfast is very recommendable. But the best thing is the outstanding staff - very helpful and always friendly. Highly recommended!

Grand Hyatt Macau Celebrated their 13th year anniversary and they offer a good deal which is stay for 2 nights at Grand Deluxe Suite king with Grand Club Lounge Access and also 200 Hotel credit per night.

When i was booking the voucher it gave me an excitement because in this trip i don't need to think about that much anything and i just wanted to try the facilities and enjoy my off day away from my busy life.

Everything happens during the trip was so smooth and i can say its magical too. Starting with the warm welcome of Cherry and Carol at Front Desk, they arranged everything what we ask for and also they brought us to our room and explain everything clearly about the room amenities and also the hotel amenities. Kudos to the housekeeping too for a small design as i am celebrating my birthday also, the birthday cake with handwritten card (which is a good effort ).

For this trip i was literally looking forward for the Grand Club Lounge Access which gave as Daily Refreshment that offers a small snack and also a good drinks with a good view. They also offer an Evening refresment with free flow of alcoholic beverages with some light finger food served. Lastly we got a Buffet breakfast with a lot of choices from bread, cereals, chinese breakfast and also western breakfast which is superb and couldnt ask for more. The staff also make sure were good and ask about anything we need or if the food is good. Diana and Peggy were so nice and attentive to us.

Everything was easy and good food offered from Club Lounge Access is too good that we forgot that we got 200 Dining coupon which is we used in Beijing Kitchen they were so nice even we go almost closing time they still accomodate us.

Definitely will go back again and try after this 2 night stay.

An amazing stay. We have a 6 month old daughter and the hotel staff made a great effort to accomodate our needs. We would highly recommend using the Hyatt Club, as the afternoon tea and the evening snacks/drinks were great value for money. The staff in the Hyatt Club were extremely friendly and even brought our daughter a gift, which was a lovely touch. There was a wide selection of food available at the buffet breakfast and my partner (who is from Hong Kong) rated the dim sum as excellent. The gym has most of the equipment that need and the pool is very large and spacious; we also made use of the baby pool which was great. We would highly recommend staying here, and especially recommend adding Hyatt Club to your package.

I went to the 37th floor to pick up a cake at about 5:15 on Saturday afternoon. Since there are elevators on both sides of the building, I was not sure which side could reach the 37th floor. I asked the staff where I should take the elevator. The staff had no greetings or words of greeting. I saw that the staff was looking at the computer or had some work to do first. I said to the staff: "Hello, I'm sorry, where can I take the elevator to the 37th floor?" But the staff only said: " In front, move forward.” Is this the attitude a five-star hotel should have?

I went to pick up the cake on the 37th floor. There was no plastic bag or paper bag for the two-pound cake. I wanted to add one yuan to buy a bag, but the clerk replied: "There is no such big bag." This is the first time I have heard this when buying cakes many times. , would your hotel order plastic bags or paper bags according to the size of the cake boxes for guests to pick up? The clerk asked: "Do you drive your own car?" The reply was: "No, I need to take the bus." The clerk did not have any solution. In the end, I could only leave the hotel holding the ribbon of the cake box in one hand and the bottom of the cake in the other.

I will not order cakes or book rooms from your hotel again, thank you.

'We stayed in Grand Hyatt during CNY Holiday so its really crowded.. We booked 2 standart room (King size bed and Twin Bed), we request to be on the same floor because we are one family, but because its on CNY holiday the hotel is very full.. The staff is so nice and tried to search the rooms with same floor.. After several minutes, he said there are no rooms on the same floor.. But there is one staff name Mr. Kent, he asked whats wrong to the staff and the staff explained, and himself tried to look again, and give us the solution to be on the same floor but on the same type of room and free extra bed.. It's amazing.. He is so nice, really tried and gave us the best solution.. And the best part of this GH experience is my parents meet the other staff name Mr. Sigit, they have a conversation, telling stories and you know what he called his friend Mr. Kent to help us get Upgraded to a suite room with a fountain show view!!! They both really tried to gave us BEST Experience stay in Macau and surely we did!! Thank you GH for the best staff you have!! And thank you again Mr. Kent and Mr. Sigit for the best experience stay!!!
