Impeccable service with attention to detail as expected in a Four Seasons property. The rooms were spotless and spacious. I would love to have the opportunity to go back for a second visit. The breakfast restaurant was the best we had ever seen. There was an endless choice of food.

Four seasons makes u feel welcomed. It has beautiful interiors... rooms r spacious & extremely comfortable. staff is very courteous & helpful. it is next to the populor venetian hotel but is very different from it. Venetian is crowded & there is no personal touch there, whereas four seasons gives a personal touch to itz guests. i wud love to stay...

This property is a high quality 5 star hotel, as you would expect walking into any Four Seasons hotel around the world. The hotel is a normal size hotel (compared to the mega hotels in Macau) with large hotel rooms and a big conference facility (was attending a conference for 2 days here). Relatively quiet compared to the other hotels...

Dear kangelili, Thank you very much for sharing your review with us on TripAdvisor. While we are glad to know that you appreciated the expected Four Seasons pampering and our meeting facilities, we have to agree that the bus network to the Hotel is not as well developed as other casino properties on the Cotai Strip. Currently, Plaza casino shuttle...

The room isn't as big as the Venetian but I love that the hotel is in a more secluded part of the Venetian complex, away from all the tourists. The room is filled with L'Occitane amenities, which is a plus. The breakfast is quite good but I still think the best buffet is from Grand Hyatt. The gym is very...

Dear vivleung, Thank you very much for posting a review on TripAdvisor. We are delighted to know that you like the transquity of the hotel, and the smaller crowd at the Sands's Plaza Casino next to us. We especially appreciate your opinion about the buffets quality in Macau. We will definitely share your words with our F&B and culinary teams,...

Having stayed here previously I am impressed with how far this hotel has come! Great service and best 5 star hotel in town . Only complaint would be the food on the breakfast buffet with its cold dim sum and poorly replenished fruit on ice. Mor attention needed to food quality overall. Otherwise great stay! Recommended

Dear Firsyclass, Thank you very much for taking the time to post a review on TripAdvisor. Although we can't stop our happiness to know that you enjoyed our service and regarded us as the best 5-star hotel in Macau, we felt sorry to know that the breakfast buffet offered in the hotel fell short of your expectation. Four season provide large n comfortable bed, sizeable room with a 2 sit sofa and study desk, built-in TV in the bathroom, and I really love them using all Loccitane hair and body care, so I dont need to bring my own shampoo. It's a good choice if u doesnt like hotel located at noisy and crowded shopping mall like...

I have been to Macau many times, I like to stay in Four Seasons. Everyone was friendly and helpful here. The room is big enough and the bed is very comfortable. My husband and I will definitely be back. Four Seasons is our frist choice.

This is my first time here in Macau and first time to stay here in Four Seasons alone. The hotel is elegant and cozy. It's just perfect for me. The service was absolutely perfect. Our suite was well appointed and clean and bed was extremly comfortable. We had a room on 11th floor and the view from our window was lovely.
