Had a fantastic stay at the Ereso. Our room (Inspire) was on the third floor , overlooking the pool. The room was spacious enough for myself and two boys. It was immaculate, towels changed everyday. The room was well equipped, tv, safe, fridge, kettle, tea and coffee, walk in shower and air conditioning. The room was tastefully decorated and modern. Entertainment team were absolutely brilliant, hardworking and very friendly. We always found something to eat in the restaurant or snack bar. We’ve already booked for May next year, can’t wait to go back.
Stayed here as a family of 6, hotel was amazing and perfectly situated and close to everything. All the staff are polite and very helpful, rooms where lovely, spacious and cleaned everyday. Food and drinks where excellent with plenty of choices and a good selection of pool side snacks and ice cream the only negative I would say was the food in the restaurant could be very similar from day to day on occasion. Excellent entertainment team who always made you smile and feel included with plenty of activities to do all day for children and adults too and superb evening entertainment to top it off. Would definitely revisit this hotel again!
The hotel and its staff were fantastic! The food a little repetitive and rooms could do with an uplift but everywhere was spotlessly clean! I cant explain how excellent the animation team are for both children and adults at this hotel! The best I've ever experienced. My 7 year old was never to been seen, he loved the whole experience and was involved in everything and encouraged to participate. The park also keeps children busy day and night and is right next to the evening entertainment area (easy to keep an eye on them) The hotel reception staff are also so helpful and go out of their way to give advice on places to visit. Overall great experience
Great hotel. The room was clean and housekeeping came around every day. We had a sea view and saw some beautiful sunrises. If you have a baby/toddler and haven't secured a travel cot, liaise directly with the hotel. They were fantastic in assisting us. There was a large choice of food in the restaurant but could've been more variety each day. Amazing entertainment team and loved the activities and evening entertainment. The hotel is in a perfect location for the beach, restaurants, bars which show sport and gift shops. There is a bus stop a stones throw away as well and the Hippie Market is well within walking distance.
Stayed for six nights with my wife. An overall five-star experience. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good and safe food. The icing on the cake was the entertainment team! This is not usually my thing but from children's entertainment to the evening shows for adults the hotel's own team was just outstanding. If with family or as a couple, this place will not disappoint. Well done to all the team
All staff very friendly and helpful Room and hotel in general very clean Good food Excellent entertainment throughout the day A few minutes walk to beach Although the hotel closed on the last day of the holiday it was service as usual
I've recently returned from 12 nights at this lovely hotel. It is a solid 3 star and in some areas I would give it 4 stars. It is ideal for families; my second week was half term so the hotel was full of happy families having a great time; I could still get a sunbed at any time though; the hotel pools and terraces were spacious with plenty of room for everyone. The hotel was spotlessly clean; my comfortable room on the 4th floor overlooking the pool was cleaned every day with fresh bedding and towels whenever they were needed by lovely friendly ladies. My mattress was a little too firm for me but nothing a mattress topper wouldn't address. A fridge which was very handy, and a TV with some English channels, which travelling alone I appreciated. Always plenty hot water for showers. The walls are thin; but typical of this style and age of building in Spain, but earplugs and aircon helped to muffle any neighbour noise. I thought the food was fabulous for a 3 star hotel. Plenty choices, always replenished even near the end of service and almost always hot, only on the odd occasion did I need to use the microwave provided. Even when the hotel was full in the second week I never struggled to find a table as the lovely restaurant staff worked tirelessly clearing tables. All the staff from the reception, bar staff, restaurant, entertainment, cleaning and maintenance were so friendly with a cheery 'hola' wherever I was and I think they appreciated my poor attempts at speaking Spanish lol. The entertainment team were fabulous; so energetic and friendly, and helped create a great atmosphere around the pool during the day. They worked their socks off with the evening entertainment and I always enjoyed it. I usually stay in Santa Eularia but found Es Cana a lovely, family friendly and safe resort; I was happy to walk out in an evening on my own. It has great bars and restaurants, a lovely beach and harbour and I believe the promenade is being extended over the winter which will improve the resort further. I made so many friends on this holiday and had such a great time I've booked again for next October; only 11 months to go 😁. …
The room was clean and a good size .The staff were all friendly and welcoming .The entertainment team did a fantastic job with the children. Plenty of sunbeds and parasols .The drinks were very weak . The food was average that's the reason we have given 4 out of 5 . Would we return not sure depends on the price .
Great hotel, spotlessly clean both inside and out. All staff (cleaners, reception, bar staff, dining room) friendly and professional. The entertainment team were brilliant, the best we've seen, both with children and adults alike. Worked hard day and night involving everyone without being pushy. We had two rooms on 5th floor with pool and sea views. Spacious with large comfortable bed, air con, fridge, kettle and tv, and large bathroom with walk in shower. Room cleaned every day. 2 large pools with plenty of sunbeds and 2 minute walk to the beach. Food always plenty of choice but bit repetitive. Would have loved an outside seated dining area as felt the dining room was a bit cramped and "canteen" like when full. All in all an excellent hotel and holiday.
One of the best 3 star hotels we've stayed in its in a great location with pubs and shops the beach all within minutes the rooms are lovely British TV channels if you watch TV on holiday pool area great, all inclusive drinks not sure you could get drunk on and the food was good for an all inclusive though slightly repetitive cleaners in every day all in all would definitely return its a wee gem
