We arrived at the hotel around 10:30 pm and were warmly greeted by Virginia. After completing check-in, we inquired about any nearby restaurants that might still be open. Virginia walked us into the hotel's small bar and introduced us to Juan Jose (JJ), who was just cleaning up for the night. Although the kitchen was closed, JJ insisted that we couldn't go to bed hungry and said he would bring some food up to our room. 15 minutes later, we were presented with the most delicious burrata salad and ceviche we've ever had. Virginia and JJ assisted us several other times during our stay and were so friendly and helpful. Thank you both!

Perfectly positioned for dinner in the old town ( our favourite was La Torreta) and able to get us last minute dinner reservations. Building works nearby currently so worth planning your days out in advance. Staff were extremely helpful giving us lots of beach bar options with prices of the sunbeds and getting early to jockey club (9.15) meant we could grab public day beds at fraction of price and only a 15-20 minute taxi ride away. Sent us off with towels too. Loved the sustainable practices and the option of a low calorie breakfast !! Recommend booking dinner at can domo restaurant ( was 20 mins by taxi) which was recommended to us by a chef and a wonderful tasting menu.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a quiet part of the old town, right next to fort and cathedral. 200m from busy old town square with shops and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. Need to walk up and down, so a minimum level of fitness needed.

Lovely hotel in the heart of the Old Town of Ibiza. Quiet anf tasteful with friendly and efficient staff. Room was spacious with dual outlook. Very comfortable with all amenities including zacuzzi bath.. Free water and special handmade sweets every night. Breakfast was absolutely great served outside under palm trees. Great choice and individually made to order. Cannot fault this beautiful hotel .

We had the suite with an amazing view and really 5 stars confort. It’s nearby to center so you can just make a joyful walk and in 15 minutes you arrive in the movida. Great stuff, very clean and i’ve loved that they use Bvlgari products in the bathroom. The breakfast also was delicious with many fresh fruits high quality. Love it Mirador ❤️

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel in Ibiza. The manager of the hotel, Angel, was very friendly and accommodating. The room was huge and really beautiful. Bed was super comfy too. Steps outside the hotel is the cathedral and the historical part of Ibiza. You couldn't ask for a better location to sightsee this UNESCO site.

We went on a girlie trip, amazing hotel, large room and bathroom. Excellent location in the old town, walking distance to all the fantastic restaurants and bars. Complimentary car to beach and airport. The staff make the hotel, great service, printed all our covid paperwork and placed them in individual envelopes. Would definitely recommend and we will return. Thank you for a lovely trip.

We have always admired the location of this hotel in Ibiza. We decided to change our plans and stay a little longer in Ibiza and dropped into the hotel to book in as they had space based on internet availability. No one at reception. Eventually after 10 minutes we tracked down the receptionist who couldn’t have been ruder and less helpful. This was 22 sept just after lunch. We tried to book in but she wasn’t interested in helped so we decided we’d spend our money elsewhere. Lovely location but rubbish customer service… if the front of house staff are this bad go somewhere else

looks like it was renovated 10-15 years ago and the decor/ style is now badly dated. The staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful but there's not much they can do about the hotel itself. There's a small plunge pool called a "swimming pool" which it isn't, and a small "sun terrace" which doesn't get much sun. The owners of the property need to invest some money and fix it up to a modern boutique hotel standard as it's not what it hopes to be and lets the Relais & Chateuax brand down.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 4 days in July. The hotel is very well located, close to restaurants, shops and the waterfront. The rooms are specious, and given we worked during our stay, we found it comfortable with good WiFi. The restaurant is located on a ground floor with charming setting outside. Breakfast was very good, selection of hot dishes, fruit and pastries. The only thing that let it down was service, first day we waited more than 30 mins for our coffee to arrive. Swimming pool is small but the area is very quiet and you never have to worry about having a sun-lounger. It is also sunny for most of the day despite comments in previous reviews. The only complaint we had was how long it took to get a taxi when we were leaving the hotel. We were not warned that it could take 60-90mins for it to arrive. We would not mind if the hotel told us in advance as we would plan around it, instead we were left waiting with our luggage at reception.…
