Hotel's Favourite
Great location and excellent hotel. The daily breakfast was a wonderful treat and all the staff is professional and courteous. Eric in the restaurant was especially wonderful with his service and smile every morning. We had the wood fired pizzas one night that were delicious. The rooms are large and clean and the balconies were an added bonus. The mini bars in the rooms are fully stocked and the housekeeping staff is efficient and attentive to details. We walked along the port every morning and can walk to the Old Town Ibiza in 25 minutes.

Was very worried to be staying at a “pacha” hotel thought it would be party central. It wasn’t - which for me was amazing.
Rooms: good size, clean and new.
No view - they look onto another building. But have a balcony. Did find the car park a little loud in the evening so if you’re a light sleeper ear plugs?
Free parking
Location - opposite pacha so if you want to go you can literally walk home (helps with long taxi Q’s)
Close to promenade and port. Old town is an approx. 15 min walk
Pool is tiny not that many chairs. Ideally you want to go out to places during the day.
Service lovely.
Breakfast was included.

Just got back from a 5 night stay here and loved every moment of it. We could not fault our stay at all.
We were welcomed on reception by Juan who gave us a complimentary glass of cava and was very attentive, personable and then upgraded us to a better room. As we were out looking for wedding venues, this was a lovely surprise.
The room was very spacious and absolutely spotless. The maids do a fantastic job and ensured our room was spotless each day with fresh towels and sheets.
The bar is a great hotel bar and on our first night (the Saturday) we had some sushi in the hotel as recommended by Juan. The sushi was fantastic and I would really recommend the beef entrecôte and quail’s egg sushi.
All of the bar staff were great, again very personable and polite. In particular, the blonde woman was super lovely. I didn’t catch her name but she was just great at her job.
A fantastic hotel and even better staff in a great location. We visit Ibiza multiple times every year and now this hotel will be at the top of our list each time we stay.
Thank you for a perfect stay.

The rooms are nice but that really is about it. I would recommend staying somewhere else given the price.
They advertise guest list entry to Pacha but we received an email just over a week before saying that this was no longer available due to a change in management. It was only after numerous emails that they gave in and honoured the original offer.
There are no real facilities. The pool is tiny and more like a courtyard garden.
They are also obsessed with charging for everything in the moment rather than allowing you to put on your room.
Overall, a basic hotel that’s trying to utilise the Pacha brand to its advantage.

I travel a lot - both work and pleasure. I stayed December. So very much off peak.. The hotel is clean and rooms are decent(ish) though smallish and it is in a central part of IBZ town. And quite importantly they had parking included (in IBZ town parking is gold) BUT - you can clearly hear all activity in the hotel rooms upstairs and to the side. And I wld say the food is average, breakfast especially so.. I have stayed in multiple Ibz hotels and there are much much worse. But I wouldn’t say this one is the best value for money or a quiet room.

We stayed at this hotel as lovers of Pacha disco and its "symbol". What can I say, we immediately felt at home: starting from the reception of the staff from the reception, to the restaurant / bar. The property is in my opinion in one of the best locations in Ibiza, in a quiet and very chic area, 5 minutes walk from the port of Marina Botafoch, Playa Talamanca and 5 minutes drive from the port. The room was huge, super modern and beautiful; the breakfast with the highest quality products. The hotel lobby is magnificent, with Pacha products in a display case and paintings on the walls that make you feel welcomed. I loved, being guests, the inclusion in the guest list of the Pacha for three days a week (free admission to the club) and the free parking just next to the hotel. The exterior of the property is wonderful, well maintained and well organized. If you love the pool is maybe a bit small and "sacrificed", but not bad with the sea that Ibiza has is more than fine. Taxis arrived in less than five minutes waiting, being in Ibiza is another honorable mention. Highly Recommendation, it will be my first choice when I return to Ibiza. Good!

A staff of note, very friendly, cordial, responsible and assist you if you need anything. The rooms are very clean. The restaurant is spectacular, the pizzas are of a very good quality and conveys very good family atmosphere. To get there is easy and visible and no problem, we will be back soon

This was an ok hotel, I did get a special deal on the room as it’s a bit out of season now. It wasn’t any to overwhelming. The staff were mostly indifferent, but not rude. The breakfast was decent, but not too special. The room was nice, but not amazing. If you’re looking to hang out by a nice hotel pool then you will be bitterly disappointed with this one. I wouldn’t go back

We stayed in the hotel for couple of days and the conditions of the hotel room was very bad. The room was smelling really bad when we turned on the air conditioner. And most disappointing was, there was no entrance to the Pacha club after 00:30. Hotel is extremely overpriced for the quality :(

Nice clean and fresh hotel with large rooms looking on to neighbouring buildings.
Breakfast is excellent with everything really fresh.
Only downside for me was the service charge at check. With tourist tax it = €80 for 3 nights!
Unfortunate as Ibiza is an expensive option already.
