The hotel was clean and the breakfast was ok. The staff were a depressing bunch, don’t expect any level of customer service from them. The hotel also is without character, very very basic. I’ve stayed in more luxurious youth hostels……………..
Excellent three night stay with a group of friends. The hotel is located near the beach, and numerous bars and restaurants. A fifteen minute walk to the old town. Hotel staff were all helpful and friendly. Room (705) was spacious and comfortable, with a large balcony, but no housekeeping on Sunday. Being on the top floor we needed to use the lift, and this was rather ancient. Breakfast was excellent in terms of range of food and quality. Watered down orange juice was a shame. Would definitely stay again.
Reception very helpful, very good breakfast , Wifi in the hotel was fast enough. However, none of the English channels on TV were available , one pool table does not make a "games room" , swimming pool area was so small. Would I stay there again ? Probably not.
For one person it is ideal. You have everything. TV, climate control, good queensize bed, fridge, safe. Everything included in the price. No extra costs except the regular tourists tax, which is nothing. The staff is friendly, there is breakfast and a pool. Good thing about them is that they don't open too early. The staff communicates good with the travel agency. I liked it very much! I recommend it to anyone and will come definitely again.
Room was big enaugh for one, it was tidy and clean. Room has also refrigerator. They change towels every day. Hotel also have elevator. Desk service is good. They speak english and the breakfast is delicious.
I've stayed here 4 nights. To tell the truth I didn't expect much. Room was clean, but the bath... At the day I came to my room I found one hair hanging on the wall in the bathroom. It was there all the time, nobody saw it so nobody cleaned it. I started to think that housekeeping are not cleaning bathtubs also. At the day I've checked in I found two plastic cups in the room. When i used both, nobody gave more. If you'll decide to have your own breakfast, you have to bring yours spoons, forks or plates. You can't take anything from the restaurant to the room and you can't eat your own food at the restaurant. But atleast most of the staff were nice and helpful. Thank you for warm welcoming smile and help during all the stay, Alexandra :)
Just visited Ibiza in July and stayed at the Hotel Central Plaza for two nights. We had an early flight and arrived in Ibiza at about 8:45 AM. The earliest they let us check in was about 1:30pm, so my friend and I decided to walk around the area. The hotel is very close to Figueretas Beach, which was a plus, but seemed overcrowded as many other people from different hotels appeared to be there too. There were many little shops and bars around the area too, so getting water or necessities didn’t seem to be a trouble. I am rating this hotel a 2 star because when we checked in and saw our hotel room, it seemed unsanitary — particularly the bathroom. The curtain for the bathtub was white, but looking at the bottom of it, the color was yellow and appeared to not be clean. I didn’t want that curtain touching me while taking a shower! As for location, I would’ve preferred staying somewhere closer to Ibiza Old Town, which was a 10-15 minute walk from this hotel. Nightlife in that area ranges from many shops and restaurants. The other plus is that there is a taxi line right outside of the hotel. When we needed to leave for our flight in the morning around 6-7AM, there were taxis already lined up and ready to take us to the airport. Overall, I don’t think I’d stay at this hotel again, but luckily it was only 2 nights. It was the bathroom in the hotel that really ruined it for my friend and I. …
This hotel was slightly disappointing. It certainly does not live up to its photos. The rooms are not dirty, but they are not near as nice as the pictures they use to advertise. The shower did not work very well in either of the rooms my group was staying in. The air conditioning really struggled to work in my room which made the stay less comfortable. However, all of it was certainly manageable for staying on a budget. Just don't have high expectations of luxury. In my opinion the largest drawback of the hotel was its location. It was about a 20 minute walks from the Ibiza port and the old city area of Ibiza. Most of the restaurants and shopping places were in this area. It was also a long ways from any pretty beaches. There is a beach really close to the hotel, but it was kind of dirty and just not really what you're looking for when you go to a beach in Ibiza. My friends and I took a ferry to Formentera for a day, so we got our beach fix there. I would stay in this hotel again, as it was the cheapest option I found and it met all of my needs. But would not recommend it as one of the nicest options out there.…
The hotel is located less than 100 meters from the central beach and waterfront walkway and restaurants on Ibiza. Great central location not far from the airport. The rooms are small but clean and have air conditioning. Breakfast is reasonably good and was included in my rate. This is a budget hotel with limited service. A great option if you're spending most of your day and night out of your room.
we had a balcony room giving fantastic views of the sea. The staff were very helpul. A Buffet bREAKFAST AT 7 Euro's was good-value. I would stay there again. Good local beachese and bars includind fantastic beachfront restaurants.
