Perfect spot right on the beach with a good choice of bars and restaurants nearby. 15 min walk into the main part of town but just be prepared for a 129 steps up and then back down the other side. Good excuse to burn off the calories.
Friendly staff at the hotel. Fantastic choice of dishes for breakfast. Need faster coffee machines though.
Dinner at the hotel also good. Nice that the chef cooks the meat / fish fresh for you, but downside is the rest of your choices get cold whilst you wait and the plates aren't warmed through before you load up. Also found it strange that for half board you don't get a drink included with your dinner.
Rooms were spotless and freshened up every day. Plenty of complimentary toiletries. We had room 806 which was on the top floor. One side a fire escape the other side was the maids storeroom. Bonus was no noisey neighbours to the side or above. No balcony in this room, but you could open the window and had a side view of the sea. Downside of this room was that if you left the window open before dinner, the room smelt of grease from the kitchen.
Also with this room due to the position of the bath, meant it was a little difficult to get in thr shower as you has to step up and over the slopey end of the tub. Decent enough hot water in the shower.
Bedroom had air con, but don't think it was turned on yet. There was a ceiling fan which helped cool the room down. Two complimentary small bottles of water provided on day one. Free pool towels provided in the bar. Small chargeable safe in the room was handy and only €10 for two nights.
Pool area had fantastic views off the sea. Day two we couldn't get a bed around the pool. Top deck also full. Could have sat in the cheers by the bar area but instead took ourselves off to the beach. There is a gate from the pool area straight onto the boardwalk.
Great base to stay and explore the Town. Would stay here again

During our 7 nights holiday we stayed in three different 4* hotels and this one was weakest. We took standard room. Hotel web page shows nice photo with balcony. Actually we got really small and dark room. To see sunshine, I needed to open window. I had big argument in check-in and on second day I got new room, with balcony. It was still street view, but it was possible to sit on balcony, rest and relax. To me its big different, does I pay 200 euros per night for some small dark room, or I get big room with balcony with same money (and what I see on web page)! On half board basis dinner is very weak. Pool area is nice! Distance from old down is about 2 km.

This is a very clean, friendly hotel in a great location for getting into Ibiza Town but equally you can stay in figueretes and there are plenty of bars and restaurants to satisfy your needs. Great pool area directly on the sea front. Rooms good, clean and comfortable. We stayed bed and breakfast and wasn’t impresssed with the dining room which was dark, hardly any windows which was disappointing as the location could have made eating breakfast with a view so much more pleasant. The food was rather banal! Don’t get me wrong there was an amazing variety, however, I am lactose intolerant and meat free so although there was a good variety of dairy free milks and cereals there was only really eggs and an abundance of sweet pastries and biscuits for me to eat. Two very slow coffee machines and tiny cups left you queuing for quite a while for hot drinks and hot food not so hot. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely toiletries in the rooms. Missing a kettle and bath robes in the rooms. Would we go again? Probably, just because it’s a great location.

This company(aka Hot Bikram Retreats) booked accommodations for attendees at the Hotel Nautico for May 2020. The retreat was cancelled because of Covid. The organizer Christiane Mueller, has refused to refund any of my fully paid (In Aug 2019)fees with the reason given on Sept 15/2020 that “ we are still waiting for the response from the hotel”. The hotel is very nice, the food was amazing and absolutely delicious (breakfast and dinner), and the personnel was polite and helpful (apart from the lady cooking, which seemed to be bothered by anyone asking to cook something). As for the location, it was a bit far from the famous clubs (around 40 mins walk) and you can't rely on public transport or taxi there. The room was ok, clean, but probably a sea-view would have been nicer, with a better view. The pool is small, but really nice, with a nice sea view.
What we didn't appreciate at all is the fact that even though we had dinner included, they didn't offer any soft drinks with it, not even water, having the option to order and pay for it there. Also, we didn't notice any water at breakfast as well, only juices/coffee/tea.
Overall would definitely recommend.

This hotel writes Service with a big S. The service is on a very high level, this service level is noticed in all the departments of the hotel. Everyone is trying to make you feel as comfortable as possible. The hotel looks quite luxurious on the inside, also the rooms are quite big and very clean, We had a perfect room on the back side of the hotel, this is the best side because these rooms have a beautiful view on the Mediterranean Sea. It is also a quiet hotel with decent guests. The swimming pool is not very big but it looks very nice and it is good to take a cooling down dip. There are also a lot of relaxing chairs and benches in this area. Right behand the hotel is a very nice promenade and right behind that is the Mediterranean Sea, there are 2 sand beaches very near (a small one in about 20 meters, and a big one within about 250 meters). We had breakfast included and there was a really big choice of all kinds of warm food, eggs, bread, fruit, yoghurt and drinks. One evening we also had the buffet dinner in the restaurant, this was also very good, with lots of choices of delicious food. A part of the restaurant also has a very nice view on the Mediterranean Sea. There was only one small item that could be improved (if you use this), this is the Wi-Fi reception in our room (709), in other areas (restaurant and pool for example) the Wifi was good.

Lovely modern hotel on the beach front, with an infinity pool looking out to the beach and sea. Easily the nicest hotel on the boardwalk. The terrace area was great to use in the day and evenings, and the cocktails were a plus. Our room was a good size with a nice shower room and excellent air conditioning, which we still needed in October with temperatures in the high 20s. The beds were super comfy and the rooms were cleaned spotlessly daily. We stayed half board and the food and service was excellent. Excellent value for money and nothing negative to find. We will definitely return next year.

My friends and I stayed here last week. The hotel is fairly new so looks quite freshly painted and clean. Staff were very friendly and able to help when we needed.
The rooms are a nice size, bathroom too with the shower bigger than expected! No issue with water temperature as I have seen others mention.
The pool is quite small and has deck chairs around the edge to save space. The sunbeds are up some stairs at the end of the pool. We didn't mind so much as it was quiet but I can imagine it gets a bit rowdy and fighting for loungers in busy period.
The music was HORRENDOUS!!! That's the reason I didn't give 5 stars! Every day, the genre changed and every day, it was awful! Definitely needs reviewing.
It's about a 10/15 minute walk to Ibiza Town. You either have to walk up a lot of steps at the side of the Disco Ticket shop or walk along the coast up a dirt track. We did this the first couple of times and then realised the steps meant less dust on our shoes!
I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a good position. Out of the crowd of Playa en bossa. Every kind of services like food, market, rental cars/motorcycles, good bars, good restaurants are very near it. If you need to parking/reach your car there are 2 possibilities far 15 minutes by walking. From the airport it’s quite far but the bus 10 and a taxi to reach the hotel it’s the best possibility. There is, at the end of the street, a parking, but i found in the end of my vacation and I don’t know if it was free or for only the restaurant near it or the hotel. The interior design and rooms are modern. The room with a sea view has got a beautiful balcony where you could put your swimming clothes and towel or relax on the chairs. A beautiful swimming pool in the ground with a cocktail bar attend you if you want to relax and avoid the boiling temperature of this summer. Rooms cleaned every day and all cleaning women are very polite and kind. The breakfast was good, i thought quite better: maybe more croissants, eggs and bacon cooked in front of you, a good choice of pancake, maybe some cakes and a good choice of salad. (If it possible try to improve it in the future). I have never tried lunch and dinner but I thought are good. Receptionists helped you in every kind of questions and you could find someone 24/24. One night my key card didn’t work and the man in the reception changed the battery in the box of the key and everything went well. The sum has been A little expensive but ibiza is changed.
If the governance of the hotel read this message and They will take care about my words, I’ll be very happy because your hotel is very beautiful.

We came to Ibiza Thursday to Monday to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. This modernised hotel is in an ideal position centrally located directly on the promenade of Figueretes bay/beach and only a 15-20 minute walk from Ibiza town.
We had a sea view balcony room on the 7th floor over looking to stunning bay. Would definitely recommend paying for one if these as the rear facing room gave only a shutter style window. The hotel was full and you never heard any noise the neighbouring rooms or corridors.
The staff in the hotel are all friendly and attentive. The buffet maybe smaller than some hotels but the quality of the food provided makes up for this. We were half board so breakfast and dinner was included.
We will definitely return.

I think they have. When I was there in October there was gluten free section. It is a very nice hotel with a very professional and friendly staff. You can always during your breakfast ask them for details.
There are more places to choose from in the Ibiza Town area.
