Convenient location, newly refurbished rooms, rooftop pool with a nice view. Sadly, the water at the pool was a bit dirty. Some sunbed umbrellas were torn with holes in them. Hotel advertises itself as soundproof on booking.com, but that's not true. You can hear noise from the staff and other hotel guests, also at night. Some staff members looked frustrated and not motivated to deal with customers. I asked for an empty glass at the bar on the ground floor, but the barman was pretty rude and told me off as if I was to blame for all the misfortunes of his life. I hope everything is ok with him :) Upon arrival I asked receptionist about towels for the rooftop pool and she told me all I had to do was to ask the staff at the pool area. Next morning I went there and another frustrated lady refused to give it unless I pay 10 EUR cash deposit. That's fine, but receptionist could have warned me about it. I never carry cash around, and luckily I had some that morning, otherwise I would have to look for an ATM instead of enjoying the pool. Staff at the bar also refused to put drinks on my room account and requested that I pay right away after each order, telling me that the hotel and rooftop pool are separate companies.…
Friendly staff, people there were helpful and attentive, great food, fab rooms, lovely pools and pool bar! Very clean and modern with a hint of luxury here and there. Would go again and have already recommended to 2 families!
Excellent location for exploring Ibiza Town and beyond. Friendly and professional staff throughout the hotel made us very welcome. Nice rooftop terrace with cooling down pool a lovely spot after a day out and about. Superb breakfast selection (even roasted broccoli!) walking distance to everything really, from Pacha and Ferry Terminal in one direction and Dalt Vila the other. Enjoyed our stay so much we have booked a return visit in September!
I went to Ibiza for a birthday party, and booked a very simple room, which turned out to be well designed, comfortable and very clean. I spent very little time in the hotel, but when I did, I enjoyed it. The room was small but with a balcony. The pillows are not a great quality, but it didn't bother me much. Front desk staff was super helpful, and even though the hotel was fully booked the entire time I was there, as well as being in a touristy area, it was quiet and well-run. I would definitely make this my go-to accommodation of Ibiza. Easy to walk to the bus stop for the airport shuttle, which is only €3.50. Great savings.
First time to Ibiza and had a great 5 day stay here recently. Loved the room (6301) it had a nice big balcony and is just one floor down from the rooftop pool which was lovely and chilled - not busy at all. The breakfasts were good - something for everyone. Hotel location was fab, staff were all nice. Plenty of shops, bars, restaurants nearby and just a short walk from the harbour and the old quarter of Dalt Vila. Also walkable to nearby beaches. Only downside of Ibiza itself and I'm sure everywhere is the same just now - it was quite expensive ie. food and drink.
Hotel Location is the key to a successful night or week in a hotel, then followed by helpful staff and value for money. . Where do you start is the big question .... Check-in was great service from the team with a quick run down on what the El-Puerto hotel in IBIZA we was here for 5 days and it was brilliant accommodation. We stayed here in 2019 for the first time and that stay was great with no complaints. Rooms were of a good size with all the amenities that you would expect in a quality new hotel. Room was very well maintained through out our stay in IBIZA with daily cleans. As we had a busy days, we always get the breakfast which is always best way to start the day and it was great value with consistent service. As I stated before Location is always a key to a great stay especially in Ibiza, when returning is normally in the early hours of the morning. It’s great to get in a taxi and just say - “old Ibiza town next to BURGER KING” driver will just go C c. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning a stay on the Island of Ibiza.…
Conveniently located hotel, recently refurbed, ideal for a long weekend in Ibiza town. Staff, very helpful and pleasant. Not luxurious but perfect for a busy weekend in the beautiful old town, bar hopping and eating to excess with friends. Rooms pretty small but perfectly adequate for a long weekend, mini fridge handy, shower nice. Only negative were twin beds (only 6 doubles in entire hotel according to one of the receptionists??) Roof top pool was closed, opens I believe they said 1st May. Very modern clean hotel, 1 minute from the marina and 4 minutes from the main square. Would recommend a visit to the Fantastic live music venue next door, great band, Fridays and Saturdays, after 11pm I think, free admission but drinks appropriately priced to cover the music. wouldn’t know it was there, all sound proofed. Breakfast perfectly adequate, a fair range to set you up for the day, very good coffee machines. Spa was small but very nice for a visit, restricted to one hour and had to be booked at reception. 20 euros but we had one complementary visit, not sure if that’s standard? 4 star hotel, doing exactly what it is attempting to do at incredible value (slightly early in season so only £98 per room per night BB) so no complaints whatsoever, hence rating of experience a full 5, great base for exploring, would recommend the smaller square with its bars, packed with locals and La Cava on main square for fantastic service and top class tapas. The Bean Bag Bag on the way up to the top of the old town, you won’t miss it, although tiny and only outside seating, is a must!! La Brasa, just off the little square, beautiful setting for a restaurant is worth a visit but service incredibly slow, if you’re not in a rush then great but the 3 star reviews it receives is for the slow service!! See trip advisor reviews, spot on.…
We had stayed here in 2019, so knew what to expect but it was even better this time! Staff are so helpful and friendly. Breakfast is such good value and really well done- choice of everything you could think of! Spa and rooftop pool and bar are lovely. Best view of the Dalt Vila. We had a standard room with a balcony view of the old town. Whilst it was two singles pushed together ( we would prefer a double bed) they were comfortable and perfectly clean with lots of soft towels and plenty of hot water! Room fridge was great for keeping drinks cold. All in all great value! Perfect for our needs as the location means we were out walking and exploring Ibiza Town every day. Love this place - will definitely be back again.
Great location, super central Few little details missing that i think they should consider reviewing them: Hot water in shower has no consistency, one second very cold another burning hot. There is water kettle but only for people who drink tea, so there is no instant coffee bags among teas lol. There s shower get, tiny soap but no shampoo. No extra pillows only one long flat one. Is is really 4 stars hotel? No sure despite the great location.
Just as you come into the hotel there is a terrible smell thats present throughout. Its overpriced and you don’t even get a bottle of water. Everything is very basic, shame that they did try a bit harder to make it a nice place.
