Similar comments to those genuine posters with more than one contribution?....Nice facade though dated infrastructure let's it down. Main complaint is the air-con which is non existent, room remained at 25c with it on all day. Sit in reception for half an hour at any time of the day and a stream of complaints can be heard...but staff are well rehearsed with an explanation that sends you on your merry way. Pool a bit grubby and a sea of sun cream floats at the far side of it and the grouting is filthy. My nephew suffered a bad ear infection which meant he couldn't swim after the third day perhaps due to the water quality. Some of the staff are friendly, others not so. We paid £8000 for our holiday with Tui for two weeks and despite this we had to practically beg to be given a glass of water with ice at the bar or a glass with ice for drinks in our room as we weren't all inclusive. If you want a cheap drink pop to the hotel spa that's attached to the hotel. We used it for a game of tennis and a swim. You need to wear a swim cap for the indoor pool there. Breakfast is good, there is lots of choice though the coffee machines are terrible, they take ages and taste Less than palatable...a hotel of this size with so many guests needs to invest in better quality kit. As we were buying our own drinks we used the local shop is a bit, which was a tad cheaper for drinks and snacks etc though still pricey, latterly for example in the final days of our stay they upped the price of a frozen bottle of water from 3.5€ to 5€...the lady is friendly who owns the shop unless you call in dripping wet from the pool...so avoid that if you can; then she has plenty to smile about with the price of everything. There is a cheaper supermarket as you turn left out of the hotel though it's a few mins walk away. On cost I feel that the hotel and local restaurants were trying to make up for lost trade during COVID. We spent a literal fortune and as such won't be returning to the island any time soon. Mainland Spain offers much better value. This is a shame as Ibiza is a great island, but lessons will be learnt no doubt and lower prices will be on the horizon once folk get fed up of paying over the odds all the time All things considered to sum up, the hotel is conveniently located with good amenities, though some things should be a given, such as working Air-con to provide a good night's sleep and a clean pool. Not the ideal place for families as no kids entertainment and some visitors move about late at night....but then this is Ibiza! Good luck and happy holidays....take plenty of euros, you will need them!

5/6th visit The upgrade is another level as hotel was amazing before , but OMG … simply outstanding service ,food ,décor ,ambiance ,vibe . Vincente, was super professional and friendly in reception .Claudia is the most amazing bartender , Gabriel , Simon , fernando,to name but a few .. they were all extremely exceptional Snack bar lady I’m sorry name escapes me , so welcoming and friendly, made our annual girls 🍒trip amazing Let not forget the amazing housekeeping who work tirelessly keeping your room absolutely spot on! Absolutely nothing to much bother for the staff to do for you .. we all are so grateful to have this as another memory . We did pacha one night and Ushuaia another So only had limited time For entertainment but wow it looked like a theatrical production, very Ibiza Well done Cannot wait to return

We arrived on Monday 1st August to the Ibiza Twiins and have not been disappointed once. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, excellent food and drinks, the best service! We ate at the Rodizio Brazilian restaurant on site in the Joy building and it was sublime. Jhon one of our servers was exceptional. The whole team were phenomenal. HIGHLY recommend! Thanks Ibiza Twiins

Fantastic hotel! Just got back from Ibiza. The Twiins would definitely be on my list if I return to the island. The pool area is great. I didn’t have to get up in the middle of the night to get sun beds by the pool, which was excellent. Pool guy opens the cordon at 0930 so you can even have breakfast first. We upgraded to all inclusive after reading reviews of the food and didn’t regret it one little bit. The chefs are amazing. There wasn’t a single thing that I didn’t like over the week and I tried a lot of different dishes. Also booked in at the Rodizio Brazilian on site (included) to enjoy a feast of different meats all served to your table. Jhon and Chavely our hosts were lovely. My partner is a vegetarian and without any prior notice they especially cooked up a vegetarian skewer for her. I definitely recommend booking in during your stay. The bar staff were always friendly and so very efficient. There are even servers to take food and drink orders at your table. So no queues at the bar! We found Fran and Blanca wonderful hosts. When one drink ran low they were there taking our next order. I certainly didn’t go thirsty with these 2 on duty. Always smiling, funny and nothing was too much for these guys. All in all a great holiday made better by some fabulous staff.

As you enter the Twins it's very modern with nice lighting everything looks new. We were excited to see our room as this was my husband and my first time in Ibiza and we were celebrating our honeymoon. We get to our room and it smelled bad -- like rotten eggs, we immediately request a different room because we weren't going to be able to sleep there. the next room we got wasn't much better in terms of smell but more tolerable compared to the other room. The breakfast was great they had a nice spread of pretty much everything you can think of. I didn't spend a lot of time by the pool and bar area, so can't comment on the services provided but from what I can see passing by it looked nice. I liked that this hotel has close proximity to the taxi queue almost right in front of the hotel, it helped a lot with being able to get around quickly. Also if you are looking to do laundry they do provide it at the hotel with a 24-hour turnaround. We didn't have enough time so we went to a self laundrymat about a 13min walk from the hotel. The hotel is also able to call taxis for you to the airport if needed. The location is great the only thing I would say is a disappointment is the smell of the hotel and they do not provide face towels(washcloths). Overall my experience here was good.

The hotel was great with modern and amazing facilities. Lovely food and drinks. Excellent night show. The service was okay. Took some time to reach reception. We had water stream issues that were fixed later on. The Gym is in nearby sport center and it’s outdated. I recommend the hotel to have onsite Gym as soon as possible. Definitely recommended hotel.

This hotel has a hidden policy so I wanna give everyone a heads up. They charges extra $97 euros for every guest that either comes to visit or stay with you in the room and it's not stated on website. Just to clarify, that includes guest that visits you (not staying in your room) They will assign a security guard follow you wherever you go to ensures only you but not your guest enter your room(unless you pay for your guest's visit). I'm sharing a bit more of my traumatized personal experience with the expectation that the hotel owner can see and ban this bizarre and disrespectful act - assigning security following you around. And clearly stated extra charge for guest's visit. Here is my whole experience. Right after I check-in and told them over the conversation that I might have a guest coming, they assigned a security person to follow me (I did not realize that until later, when I'm about to take my guest to the elevator, the security guy that had been following for the past 20 minutes showed up to my face, abruptly block me with him elbows at the elevator and pushed me away saying "She can't go up" or else you need to talk to the front desk). This whole act of blocking my way and pushing me back really traumatized and amused me to some extend. It's my first on Ibiza island and I was really just really shocked at how the guests were treated here at this hotel. Luckily, I decided immediately not to stay at this hotel and find another hotel nearby. As you can see, below is the photo of the security guy that had been following me for 20 minutes (I picked a photo w/ him covering his face because I believe the root cause is the stupidity of the policy and I'm not attacking at him personally). The second photo is the hotel manager who attempts to evacuate me while stating no refund is issued.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic views of sea. Extremely Morden rooms with wicked lights that look brilliant at night. Unfortunately our room had a awful egg smell but our family in different t rooms did not have this problem. Rooms could be a lot cooler as air con is set to a temp and will not get any coole. .breakfast was really great and everyone found their favorites. Bar food at lunch was perfect and our children always ordered plenty and made great use of the all inclusive. Evening shows were amazing and very well put together. We definitely got good use out the all inclusive drinks and didn’t have to queue as the bar service to table was excellent by all bar waiters. Staff very hard working in extrem heat. Massive shout to our favorite waiter David who always had a smile and offered Good advise about the island.. would definitely recommend this hotel.

The bar staff around the pool and at the snack/lunch bar made the holiday great. So nice to have waiter service at an all inclusive! David was the best, working so hard and always seemed to be there to take our next round of drinks order. Alexandra was great too. Thanks so much for making our holiday great!
