Stayed for 10 nights in October in the Joy building overlooking the pool with lovely views of the sea. We had a room that included access to the Upper Level which had it’s own bar and pool. The hotel is in a nice position directly overlooking the sea with a beach close by. Well positioned to walk into Playa D’en Bossa and Ibiza Town. The ferry to Ibiza Town and Formentera is next to the hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable beds, good shower, free safe, fridge which included water and cans of pop. However there isn’t enough storage. We were on the fifth floor and never had a problem with getting a lift. Good choice of drinks. Lots of options for food, tasty but as with all buffet restaurants not so hot. During our stay the buffet restaurant and bar was closed in the Joy building which made the restaurant in the Life building extremely busy on some nights, there is an outside area attached, we ate out here apart from the day it became too windy and it was closed, eating inside was like being in a school canteen. There is also a pool snack bar where you can order food at lunch time for a change. There is a nightly show put on in the pool area which is very professional and good to watch. Nothing during the day but that may be because of the time of year. While we were there, there were some private events held in the Joy building which meant that part of the seating area inside was unavailable to us and also one event went on until five in the morning. The hotel needs to make money but not to the detriment of paying guests. However I don’t want to finish on a negative as this is nice hotel, extremely clean throughout but what makes it special is the fantastic staff who made this holiday what it is. This is a beautiful and friendly hotel, very modern and clean. We were all inclusive and had upgraded to have access to the upper level which was amazing. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, my wife is celiac and I don’t know his name but was usually at the front door of La Sal buffet, he took my round the buffet explaining how to find gluten free food and would see her each night and source her a gluten free baguette from the kitchen which was lovely of him. There was an Italian lifeguard who was always busy on the upper terrace and was very nice bringing my girls cushions and tidying up and was always helpful. But for me the stand out staff member was Kathy who was at the bar on the upper level, she is a credit to this hotel, very friendly and chatty and made our experience special, nothing was too much effort for her. We had a room which had its own terrace with sun beds so when the sun went behind the hotel we could go there and catch another hour of so of the sun. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I have just a small thing that for me would have improved my experience would be perhaps more bottled water being easily available.…

Fantastic hotel, great location and wonderful staff, specially Pilar at the pool bar, Muna cleanning our room, and her manager Carmen, they are keeping the hotel really clean ; Marga, Dani and Kim @ reception desk, and of course our Angel taking care of the guest . FIVE STAR HOTEL FOR SURE The hotel was superb, the food was fantastic too. The hotel may not be located in the best area, but it’s a great place to stay We stayed here for a week in August, lots of things to do locally on the beach etc. I personally wouldn’t return to the hotel for a second holiday, but I’d certainly recommend the hotel for folks that have not stayed there before. Standout staff were Paco - he was amazing Juanjo - he’s very nice and friendly Alexander - Healthy point took way too long to make smoothies and we walked away in the end Francesco - always looked miserable & unhappy Isabell - fantastic on pool drinks area Fran - very friendly Alvaro - super nice Helena - wonderful Nazaret - very nice Chavely - wonderful

The hotel was exactly as described! The room was the perfect size, with a lovely view and was very clean. We had the all inclusive option & the food was varied enough each day and there was also the pool bar option which made for a nice change. The Drinks available really made it worth it with various cocktails and good spirits included, plus the juice bar was a lovely addition! The hotel staff were all polite and helpful and the hotel itself was clean, modern and a made you feel like you didn't really need to leave! The evening entertainment was an added bonus & location was perfect to the beach and if you did want to go to the clubs, some were walking distance and others not massively far by taxi! We really had the most amazing time and think the hotel and Tui experience really added to that! …

Just returned from a week at The Ibiza Twins. We stayed in a Joy Privilege room with terrace and access to the upper level. We loved the location, close to the beach and within easy reach of local bars and restaurants. Also enjoyed walks out to local Figueretas and took the boat to Ibiza town. We were all inclusive but always try to eat out where we can. We mainly ate lunch at La Cascada poolside restaurant as there was a lot of choice and food freshly cooked to order. The staff are so hardworking here and really look after guests. In fact all over the hotel, including the main restaurant we found the staff were so helpful and friendly. Jasmine TUI rep also very helpful, arranged for a kettle in our room as we like an early morning cuppa. Only slight let down was eating in the restaurant on an evening. Have to be there for opening to have a choice of dishes and to avoid queues. Perhaps it was because it was near the end of the season, but they didn’t appear to be able to keep up with the amount of people eating in. I had to go back several times to get some dishes. If the hotel can get this right I’d give it 5-stars. Found our room very comfortable and spotless with fresh towels every day. We liked the music around the pool and also thought evening entertainment was first-class. Sun loungers were plentiful. Shame some people still feel the need to reserve beds! Will definitely return. …

Stayed in this hotel for a week, and although there were a couple of things that could be improved, the week was a good week. Positives were lovely rooms with a nice view towards the sea. The mattresses were quite soft and very comfortable. The rooms were very clean and serviced every day. The layout was great. Everything was easy to get to. Entertainment was really good, and although the entertainment team have probably done the shows week in and week out all summer, their enthusiasm was clearly evident and put on a great show. In fact, all of the staff showed great professionalism and were really helpful. The only things I found not so good were the food. The quality of the meat was not great and quite often the food ran out on the servers so we had to wait whilst fresh food was cooked. There was also 1 night where it felt chaotic with tables not cleaned, and although the staff were working hard, there did not seem enough to cope with the work. The other thing I would have liked to see would be tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Overall, it was a good stay and I would recommend.…
