A lovely comfortable stay with this hotel. Got treated like family The staff gave personal attention and were looking out for our needs. The special food requests were handled well. We requested for king fish fried Karwar style and tawa fried pomfret. The room was clean and well kept. The breakfast was served well on time. Laundry service available. The owner is a very nice person and you will enjoy speaking to this kind man. Tours to the islands are arranged by the hotel. All in all a good and happy stay
Decent and excellent stay in centre of town with Karwar beach at stones throw distance. Clean and hygiene rooms, hospitable staff, good breakfast all at a affordable price. Will come back surely to this place next time again
You have everything in the hotel, that you would look forward in a 3 star... Luxury rooms, Coffee Shop, Pool, Gym, Restaurant, Meeting Room.....etc,...etc Main city centre, Karwar beach just 2 minutes walk
Nice hotel, clean, helpful staff and great location. Rooftop restaurant and attached coffee shop with espresso machine! Real coffee, not Nescafe. 1 block from beach, fish market, close to Rock Garden sculptures and shopping right here. Quiet garden area with pool. Townspeople so friendly...
Pros: The Hotel has nice location in the middle of market with swimming pool n a small gym. One can have the north Indian dishes in its restaurant and spend quality time in the only cafe of karwar which is in d ground floor of the Hotel. Staff are very courteous as well. They also have Balcony in room for fresh air which is generally absent in most hotels.Rooftop restaurant has a great view of the surrounding. One can see the mountains on one side and Arabian sea on the other at a distance. One can enjoy early morning breakfast or evening snacks in the backdrop of it which is really awesome. Cons: Swimming pool water is never circulated so one might think twice before plunging in. They have different menu for their Russian customers and Indians, obviously Russian menu being better specially for breakfast. Breakfast don't have buffet, instead they have fix menu for Indians, however Chef do obliges to one's specific orders.…
A housing complex converted in to Hotel Each room is different size , very small ones I felt Tourists are not choosers and are Beggers , feel Not very clean TV is not working , keep calling reception , nobody is lifting the phone Morning, called , no body lifting the phone for one hour Difficult to understand how these guys run a hotel , Breakfast , very ordinary , not very hygienic to look at , Lot of improvement necessary ,
The property is very well located - it's around 750 meters from the RT Beach. The rooms are neat, clean and tidy. The staff are both courteous and efficient.Personally, I would recommend you to meet BONNY - he serves as the manager of the hotel, he will regale you with stories of Karwar. Simply amazing service. The breakfast has a wide variety of items to choose from.
