From the moment I stepped on the dock to the moment I departed, this experience was simply out of this world. The staff were just so welcoming and pleasant, eager to chat, laugh and serve. Lolling in the multitude of hammocks on the most spectacular beach was a delight. And when I had enough of the hammocks, I could slip...

We just returned from a truly relaxing and beautiful family getaway and are already planning our return. We traveled with friends and between the two families have children who are 10 years, 6 years, and 3 years. The kids were in heaven with the walk-in snorkeling options and the calm waters off the beach area. The adults were in heaven...

Wonderful visit to snorkel swim and relax. The staff were great, the beach area is beautiful, and the reef was amazing. It was a bit windy, so snorkeling was more difficult than usual. We did both snorkeling from the beach (a bit of a swim and the currents make it challenging) and two short boat trips to snorkel. The boat...

This could be heaven on earth - great Caribbean setting, almost on the reef, simple food, good cocktails, brilliant sunrise over the sea. And the staff were delightful, and couldn't do enough to ensure we had a good time. Food is basic. We did not get seafood, meaning shrimps or lobster, but the fish was fresh and well cooked. Helpings...

Wonderful time for all of us. Our 2 sons, ages 18 and 21 had the time of their lives and never missed the tv or 'city' amenities. My husband I enjoyed the down time and the family time. Wifi worked great at the dining location which gave our sons enough time to keep in touch with friends. Accommodations were excellent....

I really don't know where to begin. I was hesitant to share this because Im afraid that too many people will discover this heavenly special place. This is the place for disconnecting from it all. No tv, no wifi in the room, no AC (not needed). Fixed menu and eating times with local Belizian items. Lovely cabins, half of this...

This was my first trip to Belize, and I wouldn't change a thing . . . especially the three night stay we had on Southwater Caye at Pelican Beach. The setting is nothing short of paradise, and the staff are thoughtful and attentive. Theresita, Leonard, Ashanti, Alton and the rest will make you feel like it's your private island. The...

We love the PBR! It's a small, quiet island with great snorkeling right off the beach with the option of top notch snorkeling and diving excursions arranged by the lodge. The staff are wonderful and friendly, and the food is wonderful too (lots of local seafood). This was my second visit and hope to return again. One tip is to...

A great island hideaway. Wifi in the main lounge/eating area, but not in the individual cabins, which lets you really detach and enjoy your vacation. There are plenty of hammocks both at the cabins and down on the beach. Snorkeling right off the beach we saw numerous tropical fish, rays, an eel, and even an octopus during the night snorkel...

We were here just to relax and snorkel the week after Thanksgiving. Beautiful place. Our accommodations were clean and comfortable. We had hammocks on our porch and hammocks all over the beach. It was very quiet with few travelers to share the beach. Snorkeling right in front of the beach was quite good. We took three boat snorkeling trips to...
