Warm, welcoming service and a very pretty building. It was clean and comfortable, and although english is not spoken here they were very patient with our limited spanish and communication was not a problem. This is an excellent option in San Cristobal. The restaurant is not good, though. Really, the food was terrible- however, there are so many great places... More

We stayed for a total of 4 nights, clean hotel and great hospitality . The rooms were clean and comfortable , close to town that you could walk to the center of town and far enough you couldn't hear all the music and rumble form the night life. I would highly recommend .

Hotel is the best, courtyard is so beautiful, pool is warm, short walk to downtown. Staff excellent, handled our airport transportation and all tours and did an excellent job. They even let us borrow umbrellas on the 2 rainy days. Our room was cleaned daily.

I had a room on the top floor with a view of the hotel's gardens below and mountains in the distance. The room was well furnished and the tiled bathroom shows off the artistry of the region. The carpet is a bit musty but after a while the smell wasn't noticeable. It was wonderful to watch the mists settle on... More

This is my 3rd day of a 5 night stay. I am very pleased with my room and the artistic bathroom. The staff are pleasant enough; the man who checked me in, Rio, I think his name is, speaks some English. Other guests can be very inconsiderate about the noise they make. On my 1st night, two women in room... More

I searched all over San Cristobal for a Hotel with pool and I booked this because of that. For my surprise, pool was not working. Staff said it was broken, some other said weather was no accurate for the pool (when it is supposed to be acclimatized), and at the end one staff guy told me the did not turn... More

Small hotel in a beautiful location. Friendly staff, very good location, a few blocks from the Downtown area and a warm pool. Need to improve the restaurant offering and service, a couple of times they were over passed by the amount of people to serve.

Stayed for 2 nights. Bedrooms are set around a pleasant courtyard with gardens and pool. It does get cold at night but plenty of blankets so stayed comfortable. Bedrooms are fairly simple, bathroom small but very pretty tilework and basin plus lovely hot showers. Only had one breakfast here and anything cooked did take some time to come and was... More

Hi I did a lot of research regarding Hotels in San Cristobal de las Casas.. This Hotel was just excellent, the rooms are clean, the staff is super nice. The owner is on site all the time and the decorations, swimming pool and garden are just some of the few things that you can find in this hotel. Almost forgot... More
