The place is indeed the Best after a day of joyriding (tour around the whole island) and splashing waters (Salagdoong Beach and Cambugahay Falls). Best deal with their Standard Room with breakfast. The owner is very accommodating especially in giving details in where to spend the rest of the day. She also told us some information about their Firefly Sanctuary....

The owner is a wonderful person. She gave me lots of info regarding the area, people and country. This was the beginning of a multi month trip in Asia for me and this was a great start. Also her location is beautiful, yes, there is no beach in front. But there are plenty of beaches around and the view from...

We got a nice room for only 900php. They have breakfast, but only toasted bread. no AC, no wifi and no drinking water, no fireflies and NO BEACH ENTRIES. We tried eating breakfast inside but the 85php worth of meal is not satisfying. We also had our motorbike rental fixed by the resort's owner and agreed to 1day and a...

We got a nice room, big and very clean, but the price is way too high. 1200PHP for no breakfast, no airco, no wireless, no drinking water, no beach access, no information, is clearly overrated. And no firefly tour neither, for whoever it might interest. To be noted, the noise of the road that we could hear from our room,...

It's a good base to explore Siquijor. The landlady has alot of information about the Island society. No beach. However the hammock by the small cliff is great to watch the shoals of fish jumping to eat insects and stargazing. Visit the Black Belt Grill by the bridge to watch the sunset with a few San Miguel beers and barbecue.

I loved almost everything about Hambilica guest house. The landlady Fides is really nice and intelligent person. She keeps her place clean and tidy. There's a beautiful garden and a firefly sanctuary. I enjoyed chilling out in a hammock amongst orchids and lush tropical plants. The room was spacious and breezy, with a nice big bathroom. The only thing I'd...

I stayed here 3 nights after the original place we booked stuffed up and we had to move. The owner is a little darling who knows everything to need to know about fire flies and the island. Would defiantly stay again.

The rooms are neat and comfortable. They have hot shower but water flow can be weak. We really enjoyed our stay because the place is very close to nature, it is well-preserved and it has a nice view of the sea. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I haven't got the chance to meet the owner but she was...
